отваренный целиком в зеленью Explanation: Сuit sur l'arête это отваренный целиком, в смысле со скелетом, такого turbot я ела. С au vert хуже, ссылки приводят вот сюда: http://www.forums.supertoinette.com/recettes.php?p=5318456#5... В контексте гастрономического ресторана такого себе не представляю.
