Le Groupe XXX a préparé le contenu de ce site avec soin et technicité. Toutefois, le Groupe ne garantit ni expressément ni tacitement la nature ou l'exactitude des informations contenues dans ce site et ne sera en aucun cas tenu responsable d'une perte qui serait due à l'utilisation de ce site.

What I'm having difficulty with is getting round the technicité part after with care/carefully.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

"Technicité" literally means technical skill, or the technical nature of something. But clearly "with care and technical skill" doesn't really sound right in the context.

Another option would be to paraphrase along the lines of "with great care and attention to detail". (It could be argued that "technical skill" approximates to "attention to detail" in many respects.)
