level of awareness of supervision Explanation: The only thing that seems logical to me is that the company's culture (as it's communicated to the employees) influences the employees' perception of whether or not the company is in control of the operation and its employees' performance. Is somebody in charge? Do they know what I'm doing? Can I do anything I please? To what degree the employees are aware of being controlled by their superiors, maybe? Yes, I think so. |
