Я бы перевел здесь "for such amount of consideration" как "за такую плату", а "value of the consideration" -- как "размер этой платы". Просто, исходя из контекста, по-моему, ничего большего, никаких усложнений и не требуется.
Можно, конечно, и "возмещение" вместо "платы", но это была бы лишь дань буквализму.
Впрочем, для верности можно спросить у англоязычной публики, видят ли они здесь какую-то сущностную разницу между amount и value.
