| bond accession notice 債務移転告知書 / 債務継承告知書 Explanation: 「bond accession」は、初めて見た表現ですが、「（Bond means) bond, guarantee, indemnity, undertaking or other obligation given or incurred by the Company 」という説明から、「債務移転告知書」くらいでどうかなと思いました。 「duly completed and signed by an Authorised Person of the Indemnifier」とありますので、このnoticeは、Indeminifierが債務を引き受けたことの証書となるものだと思います。 M&Aではないということですが、何らかの事情でIndeminifierが債務を負担することになった場合に、この書式（Schedule 2）に署名するということではないでしょうか。 -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 18 hrs (2009-09-03 00:57:46 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- 「債務受諾告知書」でもいいかもしれません。 |
