¥"ャ潟・［ション¥" as ¥"ソ¥リューション¥". So my answer was 「ファンタスティック投資金融ソ¥リューション」.

BUT I can't agree to your translations. I do think it has something to do with Fantastic Japan corp., as it is written in capital "F".
