Da Inglese a Italiano Legale/Brevetti Legale: Contratti contratto di fusione

Scusate se ritorno con la medesima frase, ma mi sono resa conto che non mi è chiaro come tradurre quello "scheme of arrangement". In alcuni documenti monolingua ho trovato la definizione di compromesso per quell'arrangement, ma abbinato a scheme come andrebbe tradotto?
