penso sia più indicato di quanto suggerito finora. ( non vorrei, però , sembrare offensiva)

: per le premesse contrattuali la formula italiana e'"premesso che". "Laddove" introduce una condizione al verificarsi della quale seguono determinati obblighi.

non si traduce. fa parte delle premesse, giusto? dunque in italiano si mette "premesso che:" e poi a capo tanti capoversi distinti, come in inglese, ma anzichè tradurre "whereas" basta metterci delle tacche "-". tipo:
