: Prodyogiki means technology whereas text is talking about technological companies. Further, bejod does not mean cutting edge. The translation does not convey the sense of original.

दुनिया की प्रमुखतम प्रौद्योगिकीय कंपनियों को अग्रणी प्रौद्योगिकियां उपलब्ध कराना
Note from asker:
Bala, He has used word प्रौद्योगिकी not प्रौद्योगिकीय which doesn't seems to be a right word. Also, प्रमुखतम is also out of my reach, I believe प्रमुख was enough to solve the purpose. And moreover, we should be restricted to repetitions of words while translation of just 10 English words. |

: "Naveentham" or "atyadhunik"suits better in place of "agrani"

Thank you. They are good alternatives. But cutting edge means the latest, just developed, and the word agrani, conveys this best.

: Bala always you can'y use PRODYOGIKI it is literal meaning used in IIT, it is TAKNEEK also you can get good combination with this. This sounds very literal meaning one should have expertise in language to understand the same.

Putting up your own answer and then disagreeing with other answers to downgrade them without valid reasons is not good kudoz practice. The word prodyogiki which you have objected to here has been used in your answer too. How do you justify this?

Sampoorna Viswa kI Agranee takneekee companiyon ko charamonnat spardhi takneek pahuncha rahee hai.
There was less space, here cutting edge is 'competitive high end technology' therefore it should be taken as "Sampoorna Viswa kI Agranee takneekee companiyon ko charamonnat spardhi takneek pahuncha rahee hai. (Takneekee, Takneek, could be replaced resp. by prodyogikee and prodyogik).

It is similar to 'Cut throat', and as asker wants simple term. It is sometimes difficult to meet all the requirements.
Other option is to "Sarvonnat Agranee Prodyagikee"Or "Sarvonnat Agranee Takneek"
