Asker: Als ik op de pagina van de Bedweters kijk, zie ik daar "warmteklasse" staan en gecombineerd met de opmerking van Charlotte zou dit wel eens de oplossing kunnen zijn. Wat denken jullie?

Asker: Warmteklasse Hoe warm zijn al die verschillende dekbedden eigenlijk? Om enig houvast te bieden worden dekbedden daarom gecodeerd naar warmteklasse. Als norm geldt de standaardisatie van de Nederlandse Vereniging van Huisvrouwen: warmteklasse 1-4. Met warmteklasse 1 kunt u ook in de winter met het raam open slapen. Warmteklasse 2 voldoet het beste in een normale, matig koele slaapkamer (circa 15°C). Warmteklasse 3 is bedoeld voor mensen die het snel warm hebben. Warmteklasse 4 is een typisch zomerdek voor zwoele nachten. Omdat één dekbed nu eenmaal niet alle klimatologische schommelingen op kan vangen, is het 4-seizoenendekbed bijzonder populair geworden. Het zomer- en het lente/herfstdeel hebben ieder een verschillend vulgewicht en/of verschillende vulling. Aan elkaar gezet met strikjes, drukknopen, klittenband of een ritssluiting vormen de aparte delen een dikker geheel voor winternachten.
