Responsible for the minutes? Dost vágní, ale nedaří se mi přijít na nic jiného. "Verifier of the minutes" je Czenglish a "to attest the minutes" vypadá v Googlu jako Swenglish.

"to authenticate the minutes"

Explanation:
Našel jsem dost výskytů fráze "authenticate the minutes" (případně ještě "approve"), ale abyste to dostala do podstatného jména, musela byste to nejspíš opsat

Slovo "authenticator of the minutes" se vyskytuje tak maximálně na maďarských stránkách. :-)

Jedině použít slovo "authentication" (= is the act of establishing or confirming something (or someone) as authentic, that is, that claims made by or about the thing are true.)

Example sentence(s):
  • The chairperson and chief executive authenticate the minutes of the last meeting of a local authority prior to the next election of members.
  • He shall authenticate the minutes of all meetings which shall be recorded by the Secretary of the meeting.

pořizovatel zápisu ručí i za jeho správnost, takže si ho po sobě ověřuje. v anglosaských zemích totiž převažuje důvěra nad nedůvěrou, která je normou u nás
