peer agreement (net): +4baseline investigation Explanation: baseline investigation -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2004-09-01 01:05:06 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- 摘要：本项目自1992～1998年在四川8个地、市、州41个县5 614个行政村进行，此期间，全省建立健全了血防健教网络，培养人员，根据基线调查制定了有针对性的干预计划，摸索出有效的传播途径，并据此制作出10余种近300万份健教材料。同时，选出两个县作健康教育和健康促进试点，摸索出很多经验指导全省。项目执行终期采用资料回顾，问卷调查，观察及专题小组讨论四种方法进行考核评价。结果表明，人群认识正确率提高了11.2%，卫生行为形成率提高了48.4%，查病、治病依从性分别提高了35.5%和36.8%，有力地配合了我省血防项目的实施，使全省血吸虫病感染率下降了46.2%，耕牛感染率下降64.4%，疫区范围缩小，病情得到有效控制。 ABSTRACT The project has been carried out in 8 prefectures(cities, autonomous prefectures), 41 counties, 5 614 administrative villages in Sichuan from 1992 to 1998. During the period, health education network has been established and amplified, relevant personnel trained, intervention measures based on baseline investigation and directed against the special disease situation worked out, effective channels from which the villagers obtained health information surveyed, and more than 10 kinds and about 3 million copies of health education materials prepared and delivered. At the same period, 2 counties were selected as health education and health promotion demonstration counties and from there, a lot of experience was obtained and spread to whole province. At the final stage of the project, methods such as data review, questionnaire investigation, discussion and study on special topics were made for examining and evaluating the implementing effect. The result showed that the average correct rate on general knowledge increased by11.2%, the health behavior formation rate increased by 48.4%, the compliance rate of diagnosis and treatment increased by 35.5% and 36.8% respectively.
