Встречал такую в какой-то исторической книге. В современной литературе по здоровому питанию - не встречал.

Это, фактически, мюсли (минус злаки).

Эту "смесь" я бы рекомендовал на завтрак, а не на ужин - легко усваиваемые углеводы способствуют выработке энергии, а не спокойному сну...

Попытаемся дать точное определение для мюсли.
