English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Each Attorney-in-fact is authorised to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to each Attorney-in-fact under or in connection with the Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions and for this purpose to sign and deliver any documents, acknowledgements, forms or any other deeds which may be necessary, advisable or desirable to be signed and delivered by each Attorney-in-fact for completing its role.
