English to Spanish Law/Patents Ships, Sailing, Maritime Naval Contraband procedures

Hi all,

I´m translating a form where the CHAIN OF CUSTODY information is specified.
The space in the form just says:

Turnover: N/A

Context:
A vessel was boarded at sea for being suspected of carrying illegal substances.
The vessel was seized and the person on board detained.

The forms specify the procedures involved and substances found.

All the information pertaining "Turnover", is filled in with N/A.

I assume it means something like "traspaso" or "relevo", like turning over the seized objects to another organization.

Another item in the form says: "Official Accepting Turnover", followed by "Posit:N/A" (I believe it stands for Position, which appears in previous charts on the same page), and Org:N/A (I believe it stands for Organization to which the Official Accepting Turnover belongs to).

I can´t find equivalents to these files in Spanish online.

Suggestions are most welcome.
