ordinary capital gains

pretty sure that renta is capital gains...ordinary is usually for balance sheet accounting..but I guess it would work here too...it's opposed to extraordinary. will check later if I have time

ordinary liquid income of the fiscal year

Líquida se refiere a que está en efectivo o es fácilmente convertible a efectivo: depósitos a plazo fijo, cheques a la vista, etc. No es neta (net), que sería la renta con determinados descuentos. Al menos, éste es el significado en Argentina.
