larserik (asker) Oct 31, 2016: no "vjetërsi" in Kosova's law Thanks, Sherefedin. I also checked Kodi penal and Kodi i Procedurës penal - the word vjetërsi is not to be found there. Another proof that it is not a different kind of parashkrim, I think.

larserik (asker) Oct 31, 2016: more context My mistake, as I see it now, was that I was looking for two different terms for vjetërsi and parashkrim. Now I believe Sherefedin has the solution, my author is repeating himself. He uses parashkrim i ndjekjes penale and vjetërsi as synonyms, for instance here: >>Prandaj sa i përket veprës penale vrasje në tentative nga neni 178 lidhur me nenin 28 të KPRK pyetjes së pare vjetërsia e lëndës në raste e tilla apo parashkrimi i ndjekjes penale, ndjekja penale nuk mund të ndërmiret nëse ka kaluar dhjet (10) vjet nga kryerja e vepres penale e dënueshme me më shumë se pesë (5 vite) burgim (parashkrim relative).<< Right?
