Utilizzo:
Tranche A: quanto a € 2 milioni al consolidamento dell'ipoteca e il restante a SAL, ad eccezione degli ultimi € 2 milioni che saranno svincolati previa cessione del contratto di affitto.
SAL = stato di avanzamento lavori (I think!)
A previous glossary entry translates as "according to the progress of the work" but I'm not keen on the wording and can't for the life of me think of anything better.
Another proposed suggestion was "when construction is at an advanced stage" which sounds better but is not strictly correct as no particular stage is specified ...
