Da Francese a Inglese (New York University - School of Continuing and Professional Studies) Da Tedesco a Inglese (Princeton University) Da Italiano a Inglese (Princeton University, Princeton, NJ)
Raised in a fully bilingual (German/English) household and currently based in New York City, I have over 20 years of experience translating texts from German, French and Italian into English. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Comparative Literature from Princeton University and a Master's Degree in French Literature from New York University. Moreover, I have completed language training in Italian at the Università per Stranieri in Perugia. In addition, for over 12 years, I was Director of Development + Communications at a well-known architecture firm in New York City and have experience naming products and services as a Verbal Identity Associate at Interbrand. My areas of specialization include life sciences, advertising copy (including transcreation/localization), websites, marketing, architecture, real estate and design translation. I have substantial experience in global regulatory affairs translations for clinical drug trials.
I have worked with numerous translation agencies including, but not limited to: TransPerfect, Merrill Brink, Sajan, JTG, Inc., AIT Traduction, Intervoice24, Targem Translations, Localsoft, Eurolanguage, Archetypon, Global Linguistic, Linguistic Systems, Berlitz Language Services, Trustforte, BrainStorm AG, Aquent, Choice Translating, Eurolanguage, Paradigma, Michel Levin Communications, Lexicomm International, Access Languages, Global Translation Network, Be Translated, U.S. Translating, Top Service Translations, and MaxiLingua. At Berlitz, I taught German, French, Italian and English.
In March 2019, I provided English to French interpretation services for a U.S. Department of State telephonic press briefing on the U.S. government's humanitarian aid response to Cyclone Idai in Mozambique.
