二、甲方受理申請借用場地拍攝影片案件，以具有教育性、推廣性及研究性之影片優先，商業性之影片或廣告次之，並在不影響業務情形下出借場地。
三、乙方應於借用場地三天前檢附影片腳本（劇本）或企劃書及切結書向甲方提出申請，經甲方同意後始能借用，如播出內容與原腳本（劇本）或企劃書內容不符者，其一切責任應由乙方負責，若損及甲方信譽，甲方有權追究相關責任，乙方不得異議。
Translation - English I. The Forestry Bureau of the Commission of Agriculture of the Executive Yuan and its Subordinate Units (hereinafter referred to as “Party A”) shall handle and accept the application for Premises Leasing for Filming from the film companies, television or communications companies (hereinafter referred to as “Party B”) in accordance with these Instructions.
II. When handling and accepting the application cases for premises leasing for filming , Party A shall give priorities to the educational, promotional and research films, followed by the commercial films or advertisements, provided that such premises leasing shall not affect its normal operations.
III. Party B shall submit the application to Party A three days in advance together with the film script (script) or the Filming Plan and the Letter of Guarantee for Party A's approval before using the premises. In case of any discrepancy between the broadcast contents and the original script or the Filming Plan, all liabilities arisen therefrom shall be of Party B’s sole responsibility; in case of any damage to Party A’s reputations, Party A shall be entitled to hold Party B responsible, for which Party B shall not be entitled to raise any objection.
