6- Qëllimi i punimeve
Në kryerjen e punës Konsulenti duhet të bashkëpunojë në mënyrë të plotë me Punëdhënësin, Autoritetin Kontraktor.
Konsulenti duhet të mbikqyrë kontratën e ndërtimit në emër të punëdhënësit dhe të kryejë të gjitha detyrimet e besuara atij sipas kontratës së nënshkruar.

Source text - Albanian Ndërkaq shkencëtari dhe albanologu, Johann Georg von Hahn, (1811-1869), botoi në vitin 1854 në qytetin e Jenës veprën kryesore të tij „Studime shqiptare“ (Albanische Studie) dhe i cilësoi shqiptarët si pasardhës të ilirëve e madje edhe të pellazgëve, pra, si banorët e parë të gadishullit ballkanik. Peter Bartl, shkruan se „Hahn i tregonte shqiptarët si pasardhës të njerëzve të parë, patjetër ai i pa ata si pasardhës të pellazgëve“. Këto teza u zhvilluan gjithashtu nga mjaft studiues të tjerë të mëvonshëm, midis të cilëve do të shquhej Georg Stadtmüller (1909-1985). Ai ka shkruar shumë libra për Shqipërinë dhe shqiptarët, në mes të cilëve studimin “Kërkime për historinë e hershme shqiptare” dhe argumenton prejardhjen ilire të tyre.

Translation - English Scientist and scholar, Johann Georg von Hahn (1811-1869), published in 1854, in the town of Jena, his main work “Albanian Studies” (Albanische Studie) and described Albanians as descendants of the Illyrians and even the Pelasgians; hence, as the first inhabitants of the Balkan Peninsula. Peter Bartl writes that, “Hahn declared Albanians as descendants of the first people; he definitely saw them as descendants of Pelasgians.”
These theses were later also held by many other researchers, among whom was the distinguished Georg Stadtmüller (1909-1985). He wrote many books on Albania and Albanians, among them the study “Research in early Albanian history” arguing their Illyrian origin. The great scholar and Albanian linguist Eqerem Çabej, analyzing the researches of his predecessors in different periods concludes that, “If we take a look at the history of the Albanian language, two things strike us as opposites in this area: On the one hand, a written language witnessed far too late, on the other hand, an ancient indigenous people in these parts of the Balkans, since the dark prehistoric ages.” [9] While researcher Petro Zheji points out that, “[T]he facts are proving once more that Albanian … in one form or another has served and continues to serve for many researchers as a clue to help solve a variety of, ethnic, linguistic, European and non-European issues.” The authenticity and antiquity of the Albanian language had also been noticed by the nineteenth-century Arberesh scholar, Jeronim de Rada. He writes that,“[T]he Albanian language stands out as an original language, unchangeable and not mixed in its roots with such languages as Sanskrit, Greek, Latin and other similar languages.”

The station will use a common protection system and other earthing which means:
→ Protective earthed equipment of pressure levels which are 35 and 6.3 Kv.
→ Earthed and protective equipment of low shock pressures 0.4 Kv.
→ Earthing of the facility from atmospheric and
transmission pillars discharges.
→ Enclosure earthing, metal pillars for lighting and of all metal tools of
infrastructure connected among them.
In this project we have worked out the so-called protective earthing TN-C and TN-S units for the type of electric network that we have in the hydropower station. For this reason the neutral conductor of the transformer and earthed network are visibly connected to each other at every moment of the scheme for the low pressure network. In cases of damage of the transformer from the consumers both in the entrance and exit the Current circuits are protected with automatic switches which will act against any damage.
Throughout the facility, both in the 6.3 KV and 35 Kv network, the equipment neutral is not connected to the earth. The same is true for the Junik system substation where neutral 35 KV is not connected to the earth so we have a network of insulated neutral from the earth, with the exception of 0.4 network KV. For an accurate calculation of the earthed composition in the 35 KV network as well as the 0.4 KV it is important to consider the data of unipolar Currents of the short circuit with the earth. If we study the unipolar scheme in configuration we see that the 35 KV system H/Station and Junik substation along with the line, in this isolated from the earth network the presence of capacitive Currents is minimal in the case of unipolar connection with the earth.
