Thank you for your detailed answer and clarification.
We're keen to try TGC-EOR method in our wells but as well as the technical issues, service conditions including the contractual and financial issues should also be clarified in advance.
Since your company did not offer us any business model yet, we would like to propose for your consideration the conditions of working relationship which are reasonable for us:
- The trial application shall be performed free of charge. XXX Company is just ready to supply, on his account, all required equipment and personnel to perform the application and to take the risk on the production of the well. Except for accommodation (at fieldside) and local transport costs (at fieldside), any other costs should not be charged to XXX Company. i.e. the cost of working fluids (TGC-EOR chemicals) and supervision should be on your account.
- XXX Company itself shall evaluate the results of the trial. The results of the trial shall not be binding and shall not give rise to any commitment/obligation or any claims for compensation.
- In case that the success level of the trial is evaluated as satisfying; XXX Company, as a state-owned company, shall specify the contractor company for TGC-EOR by means of competitive tendering if suitable market conditions exist.

Мы заинтересованы попробовать метод TGC-EOR на наших скважинах, но мы бы хотели заранее выяснить все детали не только по техническим условиям, но также детали эксплуатационных условий, включая финансовые вопросы и все вопросы по контракту.
Так как ваша компания все еще не предложила нам никакой бизнес модели, мы бы хотели сами предложить на ваше рассмотрение условия сотрудничества, которые кажутся нам разумными:
- Пробное использование должно предоставляться бесплатно. Компания ХХХ готова к поставке за свой счет всего необходимого оборудования и персонала для осуществления пробного использования, а также для учета рисков по выработке скважины. Кроме расходов по поселению (на месте) и транспорту (на месте), никакие расходы не должны покрываться компанией ХХХ (на пример, стоимость рабочих жидкостей (химикаты TGC-EOR и контроль должны быть выполнены за ваш счет).
- Компания ХХХ сама должна оценить результаты пробного использования. Результаты пробного использования не должны вызывать никаких обязательств или претензий по компенсации
- в случае, если уровень пробного использования будет оценен как удовлетворительный, компания ХХХ, как государственная компания, обязана назвать компанию-контрагента для TGC-EOR при помощи тендера, если это позволяют сделать рыночные условия.
