Source text - English 4.2.2 Document Management
Documents necessary to safety management system shall be managed, record is a specific type of document, and they shall be controlled as per 4.2.3. Such document control shall be reviewed prior to implementation to determine impacts of all proposed changes to safety effect and safety management system.
4.2.3 Record Management
Records shall be prepared and retained to provide evidence of conformity to requirements of safety management system as well as effective operation of safety management system, and records shall be maintained to be legible, distinguishable and searchable. Moreover, documented procedures shall be established to define management necessary for modification, identification, storage, protection, search and retention period and scrap of records.
5.6.1 External Communication
To ensure availability of sufficient information on safety-related issues throughout the supply chain, effective plan shall be established, implemented and maintained for communication with the following subjects as per test procedure (AB-D-100), procedure for customer complaint handling (AC-D-200), and procedure for partner company management (AS-C-300).
All safety-related requirements of customers, regulations and regulating authority shall be recorded. Only appointed personnel shall communicate information on safety with external parties and information obtained via external communication shall be input and included in system renewal (see 8.5.2) and management review (see 5.8.2).
5.7 Emergency Preparedness and Response
I shall manage to demonstrate potential emergency and accidents that can affect safety, which is related to the company's organization as per emergency management procedure (BA-A-600), in accordance with product recovery and collection procedure (BC-C-800) and shall include the results as input in management review. (see 5.8.2))

안전경영시스템에 필요한 문서는 관리하며 기록은 문서의 특별한 형식이며, 4.2.3항에 따라 관리한다.
이러한 문서관리는 모든 제안된 변경사항이 안전에 효과 및 안전경영시스템에 주는 영향을 결정하기 위해 실행 전에 검토되도록 한다.
4.2.3 기록관리
기록은 안전경영시스템의 요구사항에 적합하다는 증거와 안전경영시스템의 효과적인 운영에 대한 증거를 제공하기 위하여 작성하고 유지하며 기록은 읽기 쉽고, 쉽게 식별하고 검색이 가능하도록 유지 한다. 그리고 문서화된 절차는 기록의 수정, 식별, 보관, 보호, 검색, 보유기간 및 폐기에 필요한 관리를 정하기 위하여 수립한다.
5.6.1 외부 의사소통
안전 관련 문제에 대한 충분한 정보가 공급사슬 전체를 통해 이용 가능함을 보장하기 위하여 시험검사업무 절차(AB-D-100), 고객불만처리 절차(AC-D-200), 협력업체관리 절차(AS-C-300)등에 따라 다음 대상과의 의사소통을 위한 효과적인 계획을 수립, 실행 및 유지한다.
고객, 법규 및 규제당국의 모든 안전 관련 요구사항은 기록한다. 지정된 인원만이 안전에 대한 정보를 외부와 의사소통을 하며 외부 의사소통을 통해 얻어진 정보는 시스템 갱신(8.5.2 참조) 및 경영검토(5.8.2 참조)에 입력으로 포함한다.
5.7 비상시 대비 및 대응
본인은 비상사태관리 절차(BA-A-600)에 따라 당사 조직과 관련된 안전에 영향을 줄 수 있는 잠재적인 비상사태 및 사고를 고려하며 제품회수 및 수거 절차(BC-C-800) 에 따라서 실증되도록 관리하고 그 결과는 경영검토에 입력으로 포함되도록 한다. (5.8.2 참조)
