Dieses Lager bietet dem Kunden im Vergleich zur regulären Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen die folgenden Vorteile:

• Reduzierung der Lagerhaltungskosten auf Kundenseite

• Flexible und effektive Anpassung des Bestands

The service department is part of the structure of XXX, director of service department is directly subordinate to the Chief Executive Officer.
The spare parts sales department is part of service department and manager of the spare parts sales department is directly subordinate to director of service. The spare parts sales department is responsible for communication with Customer and all activities connected with supply, pricing and sales of spare parts, shipment of spare parts, invoicing and claims.
The goal is to ensure optimum availability of spare parts for the tram vehicles and achieve reduction of their downtimes due to maintenance and repair works.
The spare parts sale department is in direct contact with service manager, who is responsible for warranty of the project.
SPARE PARTS SUPPLY
Skoda Transportation offers their customers economic solution for operation of railway systems. The solution is customized according to the client’s needs. It is the priority to efficiently, reliably and in due time provide the client with replacement parts and to ensure the permanent operation of the new trams either with individual orders or whole packages.
Availability of spare parts
The XXX confirms to the Customer the availability and delivery of spare parts (or substitute spare part) for the tram vehicles for the period of forty (40) years. The period begins with the delivery of the first tram vehicle and ends forty (40) years after delivery of the last tram vehicle.
