I am a professional translator who specializes in Greek
<>German, English>German and English>Greek translations.

I was raised bilingual (greek-german) in Germany and lived there
for about 28 years. The last decade I have been living in Greece.

I attended undergraduate school in Germany, graduate studies in
Germany and in Greece and I gathered work experience in both countries. Among
other things while working in Greece exclusively for German companies for 10
years I gained  experience in
translating  Greek, German and English, due to the constant bidirectional
information flow between the parent company and its subsidiaries, which in turn
shaped eventually the  corporate
communication in the Greek market.

During the course of my professional experience as Agronomist, I
have worked on translations for COMPO Hellas (3 years) that specialized on agricultural topics such as
plant nutrition, plant cultivation in general and product marketing as well.

Throughout my time as marketing coordinator (allrounder) in the
automotive sector (MAN Hellas /VW, 7 years) I translated a great variety of marketing and communication
material, but also of law related i.e. data
protection, compliance, contacts, finance, sales and also technical texts. 

Other areas of expertise include education, linguistics and history since I have a university
degree in German Language and Literature and I have converted academic  material from English to German.
