Translation - English In 1981, I visited the States once again and regained contact with my teachers from Southwestern, a cause for great celebration for both parties. The experience that truly improved my skills in the choral conducting profession was gained from the teaching methods and strict training process taught on the course I took at Westminster Choir College. The world-famous Choir College has outstanding choral conductors and educators who greatly emphasise the importance of articulation and enunciation in choral singing. The content of my academic training inspired me to combine the five tones of the Chinese language in my research, in which I proposed the basis for Chinese choral theory appropriate to the specific characteristics of the Chinese language.

We work with students to guide them through the complex recruitment processes used by global employers. High profile, global employers use new and more complex recruitment methods every year. These will be mostly completely new to students, so we coach them.
This service is usually called Career Coaching, but we prefer to call it Dynamic Campaign Management. We work closely with students to complete a large number of perfectly executed job applications and then guide them through the rest of the recruitment to maximise the probability of successfully getting an offer.
