I follow a rigorous quality-assurance process to ensure that the translation you receive meets your needs and expectations.

Discussion: To establish the requirements of, goals and budget for your project.
Questionnaire: To understand your product, values and target customers before the project begins.
Research: To find the best tone of voice and style to meet your individual needs.
First draft translation: Creation of first draft followed by further research and questions.
Revision: Revision of first draft including proofreading check for accuracy, completeness, content sense, spelling, grammar and coherence.
Final draft: Creation of final draft showing the output of the project, with opportunity to review it.
Delivery: To sign off your texts and make them ready to work for your business.
