The oven is constructed in modules, each 2 m long. The modules are delivered ready for installation with insulation and prepared electrical installation.
To minimize heat loss the oven is insulated with mineral wool. The thickness of the insulation is 250 mm at the top, 250 mm on the sides and 175 mm at the bottom. The surface of the oven consists of a steel plate, and the top surface is mounted in such a way that it allows the insulation to breathe.
On start-up from cold condition all safety procedures are automatically checked. No matter which recipe is chosen, all burners operate at the start-up to reach the set temperature fastest possible.
Internally the oven is made of special corrosion resistant Cor-Ten steel.
Each 2 m module is provided with a cleaning door on the non-operating side of the oven.
At the inlet and outlet ends of the oven an adjustable steel plate minimizes the opening according to the size of the product being baked. At the outlet end an exhaust hood fan extracts the vapour from the baked products.
On the operating side an inspection hatch with push-button activated light is mounted in each zone; through these hatches the baking process can be observed and products samples may be taken out during baking.
The oven is supported by height adjustable legs placed for every 2 m

Модули с изоляцией из минеральной ваты, исключая потерю тепла через кожух печи. Толщина изоляции - 250 мм сверху, 250 мм на стенках и 175 мм на дне. Поверхность печи состоит из стальной пластины, верхняя панель установлена таким образом, что позволяет изоляции вентилироваться.
При холодном запуске все процедуры по безопасности осуществляются автоматически. Независимо от выбора рецептуры все горелки начинают работать при запуске для максимально быстрого достижения необходимой температуры.
Внутренняя облицовка печи выполнена из специальной антикоррозийной стали Cor-Ten.
Каждый из 2 м модулей снабжен дверцей для чистки, которая расположена на стороне, противоположной стороне обслуживания.
На входе и выходе из печи регулируемые стальные пластины уменьшают входное отверстие в соответствии с размером выпекаемого продукта. На выходе вытяжной вентилятор под козырьком удаляет испарения от выпеченных продуктов.
На стороне обслуживания имеются смотровые люки с кнопками включения света в каждой зоне для наблюдения за процессом выпечки и взятия образцов продуктов при выпечке.
Печь устанавливается регулируемых по высоте ножках, расположенных через каждые 2 м.
