Bio
I studied Bachelor of Arts: English Language Teaching in Cyprus. After a short-termed residence in my home country Turkey, I moved to Germany for my M.A degree in Intercultural Anglophone Studies. During the following 2 years, I studied English Language and Literature. In the same time, I regularly attended German classes and also mastered the German language. After my successful graduation in 2012, I began PhD in Media Sciences and have recently defended my dissertation that deals with German TV Films and Otherness in German Television Reality. In this process, I also worked as a Turkish-German/English-German translator in a local travel agency. Additionally, I attended many conferences and different organisations as an interpreter. I am familiar with subtitling software and CAT tools.
Rates are always open to negotiations - especially if there is no time pressure!
