Last Will and Testament I, ..................., of the Town of ............., County of .................... and State of ....................., being of full age and of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, not under any restraint or improper influence of any kind, or in any respect incompetent to make a Will, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. First: I direct that all my legal debts (except such as may be secured by mortgage on real estate or pledge or securities) be paid, and my estate administered by my Executor, hereinafter named, with all reasonable expedition.
