I am studying for a PhD in translation studies part-time at Imperial College London, having completed the MSc Scientific, Technical and Medical Translation with Translation Technology with distinction.

I have some voluntary experience in translation from French to English, having translated for Africa Action (some witness statements and the entire constitution of the Democratic Republic of Congo) and some professional experience, having translated for a Spanish publishing company (some marketing material and presentations).

I have several years' medical secretarial experience in gynaecology, paediatrics and psychiatry. I have a BSc in zoology (2:1) and a MSc in Evolutionary Genetics and Genomics (merit) and am therefore, together with my specialist translation MSc, specialised for translation in science and medicine.
