It sounds like an interesting read and the comment by that Greek translator about not having chosen this profession for being on the frontline is pretty accurate. However I have a question which might be better used to start another post: How to deal with customers that have the wrong idea of what our duties as translators entail? what to do when they get frustrated and decide to try to insult by saying that a software is better ? how to reply in a professional manner without losing the customer... See more
