No, since many ISO companies in India offered and continue to offer insulting rates anyway and they make onboarding process more complicated than ever, ISO does not mean they are good hearted. Rather, if they have ISO they are likely to become only bureaucratic to you.
Onboarding requirements include demanding reference contact that may breach confidentiality agreement or heavy unpaid testing - if ISO provides payment for test to new translators that could have been better.

Strangely enough, ISO does not contribute to good quality of PM or previous translations made by other translators. They do have ISO but give out terrible translation at small rates.
