Kindly please can someone advise about this issue appeared to me while trying to open *.mxliff file as shown below:

Same here. The file shows up in Akelpad as having translatable content, but Memsource Editor tells me it's an empty file.

Remove the line from <header> to </header> Nov 3, 2019

1. Save a copy of your mxliff.
2. Remove line 3 so that only the last tag <body> is there.
3. Save and open your mxliff file.
Voila!
