I am a graduating Medical DPSI student, I want to create a well organized and structured glossary for my interpreting course and exam.

My language pair is English Spanish and I am using microsoft word.

I would like to know what structure and layout would work the best.

I had thought about the following:

do I create it by disease/ Illness and then:

symptoms & signs --> diagnosis --> treatments --> aftercare.
