| | ISO9001 and other international standards (15038:2006 - European Translation Services, TL9000 for Telecom, CMMI, etc) have often obtained a poor reputation for creating a significant amount of administrative overhead and much paperwork. Jeff Allen has coached and led 2 major software companies (MYCOM and SAP France) through successful certification and also 3-year recertification as the ISO9001 Quality Management Representative and Quality Manager of each company, and provided expert knowledge for audit preparation at 2 other companies including a major translation company. His coaching principles and implementation have resulted in a record number of good points (highest score in audit reports) in his most recent audit series, and even received a major acknowledgement by an experienced external auditor who had never seen such a great adoption of quality management in such a major company.
