(iii) breakdown of machinery and/or explosion or implosion of steam boilers, steam pipes, steam turbines, steam engines or other pressure vessels, unless fire ensues, and then only for the actual physical loss or damage caused by such ensuing fire. However it is agreed that:
а) direct physical loss or damage resulting from the explosion of accumulated gases or unconsumed fuel within the firebox (or combustion chamber) of any fired vessel or within the flues or passages which conduct the gases of combustion therefrom and
b) physical loss or damage to surrounding property insured resulting from breakdown of machinery and/or explosion or implosion of steam boilers, steam pipes, steam turbines, steam engines or other pressure vessels and/or ensuing fire
shall be insured hereunder;
(iv) infidelity, any dishonesty on the part of the Insured or any of its employees or others to whom property insured hereunder may be delivered or entrusted, inventory shortage or unexplained disappearance;
(v) physical loss or damage to electrical appliances, devices, fixtures or wiring caused by artificially generated electrical current, unless direct physical loss or damage from a risk not otherwise excluded herein ensues and then this Policy shall cover for such ensuing physical loss or damage;
(vi) physical loss or damage to personal property insured hereunder caused by processing, renovating, repairing or faulty workmanship thereon, unless direct physical loss or damage from a risk not otherwise excluded herein results and then this Policy shall cover for such resulting physical loss or damage.

(iii) поломка машин и/или взрыв паровых котлов, паропроводов, турбин, двигателей и других сосудов высокого давления, если эти события не вызвали пожара (в последнем случае страховым случаем считается только действительная гибель или повреждение (застрахованного имущества), причинённые таким пожаром). При этом страховыми случаями по Договору признаются:
a) физическая гибель или повреждение вследствие взрыва скопившихся газов или неизрасходованного топлива в топке (камере сгорания) любого сосуда с огневым подводом теплоты или в выводящих горючие газы отводных трубах / каналах;
b) физическая гибель или повреждение расположенных поблизости объектов застрахованного имущества вследствие поломки машин и/или взрыва паровых котлов, паропроводов, турбин, двигателей и других сосудов высокого давления, а также пожара, вызванного такой поломкой / взрывом;
(iv) факт обмана со стороны Страхователя, любого его сотрудника или других лиц, которым застрахованное по Договору имущество может быть доверено или передано; недостача товарных запасов или необъяснённые пропажи;

Source text - English COVER FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE DUE TO STRIKE, RIOT AND CIVIL COMMOTION (SRCC)
It is agreed and understood that otherwise subject to the terms, exclusions, provisions and conditions contained in the Policy or endorsed thereon, and subject to the Insured having paid the agreed extra premium, this Policy shall be extended to cover loss or damage due to strike, riot and civil commotion which for the purpose of this Endorsement shall mean (subject always to the special conditions hereinafter contained) loss of or damage to the property insured directly caused by
1. the act of any person taking part together with others in any disturbance of the public peace (whether in connection with a strike or lockout or not ) not being an occurrence mentioned in item 2 of the special conditions hereof,
2. the action of any lawfully constituted authority in suppression or attempting to suppress any such disturbance or in minimizing the consequences of any such disturbance,
3. the wilful act of any striker or locked-out worker performed in furtherance of a striker or in resistance to a lock-out,
4. the action of any lawfully constituted authority in preventing or attempting to prevent any such act of in minimising the consequences of any such act,
provided that it is hereby further expressly agreed and declared that
1. all the terms, exclusions, provisions and conditions of the Policy shall apply in all respects to the insurance granted by this extension save in so far as the same are expressly varied by the following special conditions, and any reference to loss or damage in the wording of the Policy shall be deemed to include the perils hereby insured against,
2. the following special conditions shall apply only to the insurance granted by this extension, and the wording on the Policy shall apply in all respects to the insurance granted by the Policy as if this Endorsement had not been made thereon.
Special conditions
1. This insurance shall not cover
a) loss or damage resulting from total or partial cessation of work or the retarding or interruption or cessation of any process or operation,
b) loss or damage occasioned by permanent or temporary dispossession resulting from confiscation, commandeering or requisition by any lawfully constituted authority,
c) loss or damage occasioned by permanent or temporary dispossession of any building resulting from the unlawful occupation by any person of such a building,
d) consequential loss or liability of any kind or description, any payments over and above the indemnity for the material damage as provided herein,
provided nevertheless that the Insurers are not relieved under b) or c) above of any liability to the Insured in respect of physical damage to the property insured occurring before dispossession or during temporary dispossession.
2. This insurance shall not cover any loss or damage occasioned by or through or in consequence, directly or indirectly, of any of the following occurrences, namely
a) war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities or warlike operations (whether war be declared or not), civil war,
b) mutiny, civil commotion assuming the proportion or the amounting to a popular rising, military rising, insurrection, rebellion, revolution, military or usurped power
c) any act of person acting on behalf of or in connection with any organization with activities directed toward the overthrow by the force of the government de jure or de facto or to the influencing of it by terrorism or violence.
In any action, suit or other proceeding, where the Insurers allege that by reason of the provisions of this condition any loss or damage is not covered by this insurance, the burden of proving that such loss or damage is covered shall be upon the Insured.
3. This insurance may at any time be terminated by the Insurers on notice to that effect being given by registered post to the Insured’s last known address, in which case the Insurers shall be liable to repay a rateable proportion of the premium for the unexpired term form the date of termination.
4. The limit of indemnity any one occurrence as stated below shall be understood to limit the indemnity for all loss or damage covered by this Endorsement during a consecutive period of 168 hours.
The aggregate liability of the Insurers during the period of cover of this Policy shall be limited by twice the limit of indemnity any one occurrence.
Translation - Russian СТРАХОВАНИЕ ОТ ГИБЕЛИ ИЛИ ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ ИМУЩЕСТВА ПО ПРИЧИНЕ ЗАБАСТОВОК, БЕСПОРЯДКОВ И ГРАЖДАНСКИХ ВОЛНЕНИЙ
После уплаты Страхователем установленной дополнительной премии действие Договора, с учетом указанных в нем сроков, исключений, положений, условий и оговорок, распространяется на ущерб, понесенный в результате забастовок, беспорядков и гражданских волнений. Под таким ущербом в Договоре понимаются (при соблюдении указанных ниже особых условий) гибель или повреждение застрахованного имущества, вызванные непосредственно:
1) действиями лиц, участвующих в любых нарушениях общественного порядка (связаны последние с забастовкой / локаутом или нет), кроме нарушений, которые упомянуты в п. 2 особых условий;
2) действиями законных властей в ходе пресечения, при попытке пресечения таких нарушений, при сведении к минимуму их последствий;
3) умышленными действиями любого из бастующих или подвергнутых локауту, совершенными в поддержку забастовки или в ходе противодействия локауту;
4) попытками пресечения нарушений общественного порядка со стороны законных властей, действиями последних по пресечению нарушений и по минимизации их последствий.
При этом Стороны соглашаются в том, что:
1) все сроки, исключения, положения и условия Договора полностью распространяются на расширение страхового покрытия, обеспечиваемого по настоящей оговорке (если они не противоречат изложенным ниже особым условиям), а упоминание в Договоре любых случаев гибели или повреждения подразумевает, что их причиной могут стать вышеуказанные риски,
2) изложенные ниже особые условия распространяются только на расширение страхового покрытия по настоящей оговорке, а условия страхования по Договору определяет текст Договора, как если бы настоящая оговорка не принималась.
Особые условия
1. Страховая защита не распространяется на:
а) ущерб по причине полного или частичного прекращения работ, вследствие замедления, перерыва или прекращения производственного процесса (операции);
б) ущерб по причине постоянного или временного лишения имущества вследствие его конфискации, изъятия или реквизиции со стороны законных властей;
в) ущерб по причине постоянного или временного лишения объектов недвижимости вследствие их незаконного занятия посторонними лицами;
г) косвенный ущерб или ответственность любого рода.
Сумма страховой выплаты по Разделу 1 Договора не может превышать страховой суммы по Разделу 1 Договора (лимита ответственности Страховщика за материальный ущерб).
Пункты б) и в) не освобождают Страховщика от обязанности возместить Страхователю ущерб от физического повреждения застрахованного по Договору имущества, произошедшего до лишения такого имущества или в период его временного лишения.
2. Действие Договора не распространяется на случаи гибели или повреждения застрахованного по Договору имущества, прямо или косвенно вызванные, произошедшие в процессе или явившиеся следствием:
а) войны, вторжения, действий вооруженных сил иностранного государства, военных действий или операций военного характера (независимо от того, объявлена война или нет), гражданской войны;
б) вооруженного мятежа, массовых беспорядков, принявших размеры народного восстания, бунта, забастовки, локаута, вооруженного восстания, революции, захвата власти военными или узурпации власти;
в) действий любого лица (лиц), выступающего(-их) от имени или в связи с организациями, в цели которых входит свержение существующего де-юре или де-факто правительства либо воздействие на него посредством терроризма и любых насильственных мер.
В случае судебного процесса, тяжбы или иного разбирательства, в котором Страховщик, следуя положениям настоящей оговорки, утверждает, что тот или иной ущерб не подлежит возмещению по Договору, бремя доказательства обратного лежит на Страхователе.
3. Действие настоящей оговорки может быть в любое время прекращено Страховщиком на основании уведомления, направленного заказным письмом по последнему известному адресу Страхователя. В этом случае Страховщик обязан возвратить Страхователю часть страховой премии, которая приходится на часть срока действия настоящей оговорки, оставшуюся после даты прекращения ее действия.
4. Нижеуказанный лимит ответственности по каждому страховому случаю является лимитом ответственности за все случаи гибели или повреждения, подлежащие по настоящей оговорке возмещению Страхователем и произошедшие в течение 168 (ста шестидесяти восьми) последовательных часов.
Общий лимит ответственности Страховщика по настоящей оговорке за весь срок действия Договора ограничивается установленным в ней двойным лимитом ответственности по каждому страховому случаю.

Abstract
This commentary presents an opinion that marketing is not dead or dying! The commentary begins by introducing Holbrook and Hulbert’s (2002) view. It then proceeds to discuss that even in the information revolution (which was thought to presage the "death of marketing"), marketing is still being practised. The complementary role of marketing in both the marketplace and marketspace is discussed. The commentary argues that the notion of consumer values is sufficient to keep the marketing function alive, but accepts that it needs to change to reflect contemporary social preferences.
The co-existence of marketplace and marketspace
The virtual market in cyberspace, in which information is handled, processed and utilised, and through which virtual value creation chains are brought about within data networks, can be referred to as “marketspace”. It is in this context that virtual marketplaces and virtual transactions of or with information develop. This means that the marketspace can be seen as an artificial, intangible market for information. The consequences of this division of relevant market systems into marketplace and marketspace can be structured in three central lines of companies’ development:
(1) performance improvements in the marketplace – information can help to achieve a supporting increase in efficiency of the actual offer (products or services);
(2) freestanding output in marketspace – information gained from the marketspace can function as an autonomous source of competitive advantage. Information becomes a product in its own right, which is traded in the marketspace; and
(3) additional consumer value in marketspace – through the parallel utilisation of marketplace and marketspace, information can form the basis of an additional utility in its own right over and above the physical offer in the marketplace.

Сосуществование традиционного и виртуального рынка

В данном контексте это значит, что количество виртуальных торговых точек и виртуальных сделок, совершенных благодаря информации, или самих фактов купли-продажи информации – растет. Поэтому виртуальный рынок можно рассматривать как искусственный нематериальный рынок информации. Последствиями такого разделения традиционного и виртуального рынков станут три основных направления развития компаний:
1) повышение производительности на традиционном рынке – информация может помочь компании добиться постоянного повышения акуальности ее текущего предложения (товаров или услуг);
2) отдельный бизнес на виртуальном рынке – информация, полученная на виртуальном рынке, может представлять собой отдельный источник конкурентных преимуществ. Информация становится полноценным товаром, его продают на виртуальном рынке;
3) дополнительная потребительская ценность на виртуальном рынке – если компания присутствует на традиционном и на виртуальном рынках одновременно, информация сама по себе может стать основой для формирования дополнительной ценности сверх материального предложения компании.

Aggregate excess of loss
1. Insuring clause
In consideration of the payment of the Premium, subject to the statements made to the Company by the Insured and in strict accordance with the Policy Schedule and endorsements made as part of the Policy and its terms and conditions, the Company agrees to indemnify the Insured for the Insured Percentage of Loss in excess of the Deductible, incurred in connection with Eligible Shipments and caused directly by Insolvency, Default, Transfer Loss, Government Action or War, up to the applicable Limits of Liability.
5. Confirmation of Debt shall mean the following:
In the case of Insolvency:
(a) written confirmation from the trustee in bankruptcy, liquidator or equivalent (as may be required by regulations in force in the Buyer’s Country), of the amount ranking against the insolvent estate of the Buyer in respect of amounts owing to the Insured; or
(b) written confirmation as at the date of appointment from the receiver, administrative receiver, nominee or equivalent (as may be required by regulations in force in the Buyer’s Country), of the amount shown as due to the Insured in the financial records of the Buyer.
In the case of Default:
a final and unappealable judgment or arbitration award in favour of the Insured from the appropriate court or arbitration tribunal having jurisdiction over the Buyer’s business and evidence to the Company’s satisfaction of action which the Insured has taken to enforce the judgment or award.
In the case of Transfer Loss :
proof that the Buyer has deposited irrevocably at the Due Date into a bank in the Buyer’s Country, the Local Currency equivalent of the amount of Loss and has completed the necessary transfer formalities.
In the Case of Government Action and War:
where applicable, a judgment or arbitration award in favour of the Insured obtained from the appropriate court or arbitration tribunal, copies of relevant invoices, delivery notes, bills of lading, evidence of Shipment or other documentation that the Company may request from the Insured to substantiate the outstanding debt.

5. Подтверждение задолженности – это:

а) письменное подтверждение несостоятельности Покупателя в отношении сумм, причитающихся Страхователю, от управляющего конкурсной массой, судебного распорядителя или другого лица с аналогичными полномочиями (в соответствии с законами, действующими в стране Покупателя); или
б) письменное подтверждение суммы долга перед Страхователем, указанной в финансовой отчетности Покупателя, которое датировано днем признания Покупателя неплатежеспособным, от судебного исполнителя, управляющего конкурсной массой, назначенного лица или другого лица с аналогичными полномочиями (в соответствии с законами, действующими в стране Покупателя).
в случае отказа от уплаты:
окончательное и не подлежащее апелляции решение суда или арбитражное решение в пользу Страхователя от соответствующего органа судебной власти или арбитражной коллегии, в юрисдикции которой находится область коммерческой деятельности Покупателя, а также доказательства того, что Страхователь предпринял достаточные, по мнению Компании, меры для приведения решения суда в силу.
в случае блокирования валютных средств:
доказательство того, что к дате окончания срок платежа Покупатель сделал в банке своей страны безвозвратный депозит в местной валюте, завершив все необходимые для валютной операции формальности, и что этот депозит равен сумме убытка.
в случае правительственных действий, препятствующих совершению платежа, и войны:
когда это применимо, – решение суда или арбитражное решение в пользу Страхователя, вынесенное соответствующим судом или арбитражной коллегии, копии имеющих отношение к делу счетов, транспортных накладных, коносаментов, подтверждений отгрузки и других документов, которые Компания может потребовать от Страхователя для доказательства невыплаченного долга.
