Source text - French (3) La Commission a appliqué les articles 87 et 88 du traité aux petites et moyennes entreprises actives dans la production, la transformation et la commercialisation de produits agricoles dans de nombreuses décisions et a également exposé sa politique, notamment, en dernier lieu, dans les lignes directrices de la Communauté concernant les aides d'État dans le secteur agricole (4) (dénommées ci-après les «lignes directrices sur l'agriculture»). Compte tenu de la grande expérience acquise par la Commission dans l'application de ces articles aux petites et moyennes entreprises actives dans la production, la transformation et la commercialisation des produits agricoles, il est opportun, afin d'assurer une surveillance efficace et une gestion simplifiée sans affaiblir le contrôle exercé par la Commission, de permettre à celle-ci d'étendre les facultés que lui confère le règlement (CE) no 994/98 au domaine des petites et moyennes entreprises actives dans la production, la transformation et la commercialisation des produits agricoles, dans la mesure où l'article 89 du traité a été reconnu applicable à ces produits. En raison de la spécificité du secteur agricole, un règlement applicable aux seules petites et moyennes entreprises actives dans le secteur agricole se justifie.
Translation - Greek (3) Η Επιτροπή έθεσε σε εφαρμογή τα άρθρα 87 και 88 της συνθήκης για τις μικρές και μεσαίες επιχειρήσεις που δραστηριοποιούνται στην παραγωγή, τη μετατροπή και την εμπορική διάθεση των γεωργικών προϊόντων σε πολλές αποφάσεις και επίσης παρουσίασε την πολιτική της, ιδίως, τελευταία, στις κατευθυντήριες γραμμές της Κοινότητας, αναφορικά με τις κρατικές ενισχύσεις του γεωργικού τομέα (4) (οι οποίες στη συνέχεια θα αποκαλούνται «κατευθυντήριες γραμμές για τη γεωργία»). Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τη μεγάλη εμπειρία που αποκόμισε η Επιτροπή από την εφαρμογή των εν λόγω άρθρων για τις μικρές και τις μεσαίες επιχειρήσεις, οι οποίες δραστηριοποιούνται στην παραγωγή, τη μετατροπή και την εμπορική διάθεση των γεωργικών προϊόντων, είναι σκόπιμο να επιτραπεί στην Επιτροπή να επεκτείνει τη δικαιοδοσία που της παραχωρεί ο κανονισμός (ΕΚ) αρ.994/98 αναφορικά με τις μικρές και τις μεσαίες επιχειρήσεις, οι οποίες δραστηριοποιούνται στην παραγωγή, τη μετατροπή και την εμπορική διάθεση των γεωργικών προϊόντων, με στόχο να διασφαλιστεί η αποδοτική επίβλεψη και η απλοποιημένη διαχείριση, χωρίς να αποδυναμώνεται ο έλεγχος που ασκεί η Επιτροπή, στο βαθμό που αναγνωρίστηκε ότι ισχύει για τα εν λόγω προϊόντα το άρθρο 89 της συνθήκης. Λόγω της ιδιαιτερότητας που παρουσιάζει ο γεωργικός τομέας, δικαιολογείται ένας κανονισμός που να ισχύει μόνο για τις μικρές και τις μεσαίες επιχειρήσεις που δραστηριοποιούνται στον γεωργικό τομέα.

The Time Display (7) displays the accumulated radiation time in minutes and seconds.
The X-Ray-On Indicator (8) and the lamp on top of the monitor are illuminated any time radiation is generated by the system.
The Standby/Failure/Overheating Indicator (9) is illuminated when the system is in a standby condition resulting from over-heating or component failure.
The Warm-Up Time Indicator (10) flashes during power up while the X-ray tube cathode filament is preheated for normal operation (approximately 30-40 seconds).
When the indicator lamps goes off the system is ready for operation.

Η Ένδειξη Χρονιστή (7) δείχνει το συνολικό χρόνο ακτινοβολίας σε λεπτά και δευτερόλεπτα.

Η Ένδειξη Χρόνου Προθέρμανσης (10) αναβοσβήνει κατά την ενεργοποίηση και κατά το χρόνο προθέρμανσης του νήματος καθόδου του κυλίνδρου ακτίνων Χ για κανονική χρήση (περίπου 30-40 δευτερόλεπτα).
