HCME shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the Distributor as a consequence of actions by third parties, which make the Spare Parts available in the Territory. HCME is allowed to sell or transfer Spare Parts to those distributors in the Territory whose distribution agreement has been terminated or expired, if HCME is prompted by those distributors with an injunction or judgment for further supply beyond this date.

Source text - English On Medicare, I’m prepared to enact reforms that will achieve the same amount of health care savings by the beginning of the next decade as the reforms proposed by the bipartisan Simpson-Bowles commission. Already, the Affordable Care Act is helping to slow the growth of health care costs. The reforms I’m proposing go even further. We’ll reduce taxpayer subsidies to prescription drug companies and ask more from the wealthiest seniors. We’ll bring down costs by changing the way our government pays for Medicare, because our medical bills shouldn’t be based on the number of tests ordered or days spent in the hospital – they should be based on the quality of care that our seniors receive. And I am open to additional reforms from both parties, so long as they don’t violate the guarantee of a secure retirement. Our government shouldn’t make promises we cannot keep – but we must keep the promises we’ve already made.
Translation - Russian Что касается Medicare, я готов запустить реформы, которые позволят достичь такого же уровня сбережений на здравоохранение к началу следующего десятилетия, как и реформы, предложенные двухпартийной комиссией Симпсона-Боулза. Движение социально - демографического состава является показателем структуры социумов, его определенности и формы. Рассмотрению частного случая такого перемещения – миграции с образованием диаспр - легальных ядер этноносителей посвящена эта статья.
В современном глобализирующемся обществе границы стран и континентов начинают расслаиваться по геоэкономическим и геополитическим предпочтениям. По мнению Э.Г. Кочетова «только четыре категории составляют единую цепь, объективно характеризующую суть современной ситуационной картины: глобализация - корпоративные структуры – конкурентоспособность – безопасность».
Translation - English There’s a constant change in qualitative and quantitative features of population in the world’s ethnic image: numerical relation of people by gender, age, vocational training and education, territorial settlement and procreation. Social and demographic movement characterizes a society structure, its distinctness and shape. This article deals with a particular case of such a movement – migration with formation of diasporas, legal entities of bearers of ethnos.
Borders of countries and continents in today’s globalizing society begin to disintegrate by geo-economical and geo-political preferences. E.G. Kochetov says, “There’re just four categories making an integrated chain, which characterizes the core of the contemporary situation without bias: globalization – corporations – competitiveness – safety”.
