Translation - Arabic ولارتكاب جريمة تقع تحت طائلة قانون الجزاءات .....، فيجب أن يثبت وفقاً لأحكام المواد ........من قانون الجزاءات .....أن المتهم كانت لديه النية الإجرامية لارتكاب الجريمة، وأنه إما ارتكبها أو دبر لارتكابها. ولم يكن لدى المتهم أي قصد جنائي ولم يكن في أي وقت طرفاً في ارتكاب أي جريمة جنائية أو مسؤولا عنها أو مدبراً لارتكابها.
