Hi, my name is Jane Pocock and I am the owner of Write it Right. I am British by birth and was brought up mainly in London. As a child I lived with my family in Prague for a few years. I have lived and worked in the Netherlands since 1989.

On graduating from university in 1985, I moved to Spain where I taught English as a foreign language. In 1986 I started travelling in Latin America, funding my travels by teaching English and translating (Spanish to English).

I now have over 20 years’ experience working with individuals and companies struggling to produce grammatically perfect, well-written English for their website or printed matter. I work on academic papers and theses, folders, information leaflets, websites – anything which demands a high level of English.
