Histogram je dijagram koji se sastoji od sastavljenih vertikalnih pravougaonika. Na ordinatu se nanosi broj jedinica raspodele. Apcisa predstavlja intervale slučajne promenljive. Skala na apcisi označava – ili celu vrednost širine pravougaonika, ako je reč o neprekidnoj slučajnoj promenljivoj grupisanoj u klase (sl. 3-2). The Syringe System consists of two 60mL locking syringes, one large bore 1-way stopcock, one 3-way large bore stopcock, and one piece of tubing.

INDICATIONS FOR USE
The Syringe System is intended to be used by physicians for neuro-endovascular and peripheral procedures.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
There are no known contraindications.
CAUTION
Do not use if pouch is opened or damaged.
This device is intended for single use only. Do not reuse, reprocess or resterilize. Reuse, reprocessing or resterilization may compromise the structural integrity of the device and/or lead to device failure which, in turn, may result in patient injury, illness, or death. Reuse, reprocessing, or resterilization may also create a risk of contamination of the device and/or cause patient infection or cross-infection, including, but not limited to, the transmission of infectious disease(s) from one patient to another. Contamination of the device may lead to injury, illness or death of the patient.
Using the Syringe System – Single Syringe Technique
a. Check to ensure the 1-way Stopcock is firmly connected to the 60mL Locking Syringe.
b. Connect the Tubing to the 1-way Stopcock.
c. Turn the 1-way Stopcock to the closed position.
d. Pull the plunger of the Locking Syringe to the desired level and turn to lock in place.
e. At the proximal end of the desired catheter, remove the perfusion line and connect the distal end of the Tubing to the side port of the RHV shown in Figure 2.

Nije za upotrebu ukoliko je kesica otvorena ili oštećena.
Ovaj uređaj je namenjen samo za jednokratnu upotrebu. Ne koristiti, ne obrađivati i ne sterilisati ponovo. Ponovna upotreba, ponovno obrađivanje i resterilizacija mogu ugroziti strukturalnu celovitost uređaja i/ili dovesti do kvara uređaja, što, s druge strane, može uzrokovati povredu, oboljenje ili smrt pacijenta. Ponovna upotreba, ponovno obrađivanje i resterilizacija stvaraju takođe rizik od kontaminacije uređaja i/ili uzrokuju infekciju pacijenta ili bolničku infekciju, uključujući, ali ne ograničavajući se na, prenos zaraznih bolesti sa jednog pacijenta na drugog. Kontaminacija uređaja može dovesti do povrede, oboljenja ili smrti pacijenta.
Upotreba Sistema špriceva - Tehnika jednog šprica
a. Proverite da li je jednokraka slavina čvrsto povezana na špric s nastavkom za zaključavanje od 60ml.
b. Povežite cev na jednokraku slavinu.
c. Okrenite jednokraku slavinu na zatvoreni položaj.
d. Povucite klip šprica s nastavkom za zaključavanje na željeni nivo i zaključajte na tom mestu.
e. Na proksimalnom kraju željenog katetera, uklonite infuzionu liniju i distalni kraj cevčice povežite na bočni priključak RHV kao što je prikazano na Slici 2.
