I am an Italian translator from Japanese, English and French based in Canada. Internationally trained, I have 7 years of experience in the business both as a freelancer and as an in-house translator and project manager. In addition to translating, I provide editing/proofreading, transcription and transcreation services.

I have lived in Italy, France, Japan, Canada and Colombia to hone my linguistic skills and deepen my knowledge of their cultures and I have travelled to more countries than I can recall.

I believe in the power of words as bridges between cultures, businesses and human beings and I aim to facilitate this communication efficiently and accurately.

My recent projects, among others, include the translation of comic books and light novels from Japanese, sport interviews, travel and marketing materials from English and part of a travel website from French. I hold a BA and an MA in Japanese language and literary translation; however, as my ultimate goal is to deliver top-quality translations, I value the importance of lifelong learning and I constantly follow new courses and webinars related to my specializations.
