Da anni, sia in Europa che in Italia, gli imprenditori agricoli hanno rivisto le proprie abitudini in fatto di scelte, affiancando all’insostituibile trattore, una macchina ‘nuova’ per il settore: l’Elevatore Telescopico.
In virtù di questa tendenza del mercato, DIECI s.r.l. ha progettato e realizzato una serie di macchine, rivolte esclusivamente all’agricoltura: la gamma AGRI, si rivolge a tutte le aziende agricole che intendono integrare il proprio parco-macchine con un nuovo elemento, in grado di affiancare efficacemente le macchine tradizionali nelle innumerevoli manovre di sollevamento e spostamento. La linea completa Agri comprende 41 modelli, divisi in 7 famiglie, che si distinguono per dimensioni e prestazioni, ma tutte capaci di soddisfare pienamente ogni tipo di uso e necessità. Agri Plus 40.7 H VS Novità
Da oggi la serie AGRI PLUS si rinnova: le macchine di nuova produzione verranno dotate di motore di ultima generazione FPT (Fiat Powertrain Technologies) Tier IVi (Stage 3b), un innovativo 4,5 litri Diesel Turbo Aftercooler Common Rail da 105 Kw di potenza (142 Cv) a gestione completamente elettronica. La nuova unità motrice è in linea con le più recenti normative in materia di emissioni vigenti in Nord America (secondo le direttive EPA) e dall’Unione Europea, grazie alla tecnologia di trattamento dei gas di scarico SCR (riduzione selettiva catalitica): in questo sistema l’abbattimento delle emissioni inquinanti avviene grazie all’altissima temperatura all’interno delle camere di combustione, abbattendo così il particolato ed eliminando gli NOX generati mediante la reazione chimica tra l’additivo a base di urea (AdBlue) e i gas di scarico, ottenendo maggiori prestazioni del motore e un significativo calo dei consumi. Il motore trasmette la potenza alle ruote grazie ad una innovativa trasmissione idrostatica VS di II generazione (Variazione Continua) di marca DANA, composta da una pompa idrostatica abbinata a due motori idraulici a pistoni, studiata per raggiungere elevate velocità su strada (da 0 a 40 Km/h) mantenendo allo stesso tempo una elevata forza di trazione. Una frizione multidisco a bagno d’olio disconnette, al bisogno, uno dei due motori idraulici, mantenendo sempre il massimo livello di efficienza del sistema. Come per il motore Diesel, la gestione è totalmente elettronica, garantendo una erogazione di coppia estremamente fluida e una variazione di velocità continua da 0 a 40 Km/h. Il comando di inversione marcia è stato integrato nel Joystick, consentendo all’operatore un controllo delle fasi di marcia più pratico e confortevole. L’utilizzo combinato del motore FPT, della trasmissione VS II e della gestione elettronica, permette di ottenere un risparmio di combustibile fino al 20%. Il raffreddamento è assicurato da un doppio radiatore con doppio Fan Drive a ventola reversibile. Le altre innovazioni della macchina comprendono una estetica rinnovata del cofano, nuovi serbatoi a grande capacità per gasolio, AdBlue e olio, un impianto idraulico e pompa idraulica potenziati per una maggior velocità di lavoro senza rinunciare al controllo e alla sicurezza. La vocazione all’uso pesante e intensivo dell’AGRI PLUS si esprime non solo nella motorizzazione, ma anche nelle dotazioni di sollevamento: una innovativa valvola per il controllo di discesa del braccio consente al nuovo AGRI PLUS di avere una eccezionale manovrabilità e maggiore comfort per l’operatore. Movimenti più precisi, macchina più reattiva a inizio movimento e maggior stabilità in tutte le condizioni sono solo i principali vantaggi ottenuti con l’adozione della nuova valvola. La maggiore velocità di movimento, ottenuta anche grazie alla nuova pompa idraulica ad ingranaggi da 180 l/1’, determina una maggiore efficienza e una consistente riduzione dei tempi di lavoro. La macchina risulta essere meno influenzata dalle condizioni ambientali, è infatti pronta ed efficiente fin dalle prime ore del mattino anche con olio idraulico freddo.
I nostri test hanno infine accertato un ulteriore risparmio di carburante dal 7 al 8 % dovuto al fatto che la velocità di discesa del braccio non è più dipendente dai giri del motore Diesel. I mezzi sono dotati di gomme di serie 405/70x24” (in alternativa 17.5 LR 24” oppure 18-22.5), pneumatici dal diametro e dalla superficie di appoggio particolarmente grande che permettono di procedere senza problemi su ogni tipo di terreno. Le macchine AGRI PLUS sono omologate per il traino su strada di rimorchi fino a 20 tonnellate ad una velocità massima di 40 Km/h.

Over the years, in Europe as in Italy, agricultural entrepreneurs have begun to change their habits by pairing the irreplaceable tractor with a "new" machine for the sector: the Telehandler.
To meet this market trend, DIECI s.r.l. has designed and manufactured a range of machines aimed exclusively at agriculture: the AGRI series aims to give agricultural enterprises that wish to add a new element to their fleet an effective complement to traditional machines in many lifting and moving manoeuvres. The complete Agri line includes 41 models, divided into seven families differentiated by dimension and performance but all equally able to completely satisfy every type of use and need. One series is designed for heavy and intensive use (as in fields and stables), and its excellence has been tested by thousands of work-hours in order to guarantee superior performance.
New Agri Plus 40.7 H VS
The AGRI PLUS series has been updated: the new machines will be equipped with the latest generation FPT (Fiat Powertrain Technologies) Tier 4i (Stage IIIb) engine, an innovative 4.5 litre Diesel Turbo Aftercooler Common Rail with 105 Kw of power (142 Hp) with full electronic control. The new engine complies with the most recent emissions standards in North America (enforced by the EPA) and in the European Union thanks to exhaust gas treatment technology SCR (selective catalytic reduction). In this system, the reduction of polluting emissions occurs thanks to very high combustion chamber temperatures, which reduce particulates and eliminate the NOx generated by the chemical reaction between the urea-based additive (Ad Blue) and exhaust gases, achieving greater engine performance and a meaningful reduction in fuel-consumption. The motor transmits power to the wheels thanks to an innovative hydrostatic transmission. The 2nd generation Vario System (Continuous Variation) by DANA consists of a single hydrostatic pump paired with two hydraulic piston motors, developed to achieve higher on-road speeds (from 0 to 40 Km/h) while maintaining high traction forces. A multi-disk wet clutch disconnects, as needed, one of the two hydraulic motors while constantly maintaining the maximum level of system efficiency. As with the diesel engine, controls are entirely electronic, guaranteeing an extremely fluid torque distribution and consistent velocity transition from 0 to 40 Km/h. Gear selection is integrated into the joystick which gives the operator a more comfortable and practical shifting control. The combined use of an FPT engine and an electronically controlled VS II transmission allows for fuel savings of up to 20%. Cooling is achieved by dual radiators with dual reversible fans. Other innovations made to this machine include a newly designed engine cover; new high capacity tanks for diesel, Ad Blue and oil; and a hydraulic system and a hydraulic pump sized for greater work speeds without giving up control or safety. The suitability to heavy and intense use of the AGRI PLUS is expressed not only in its powertrain, but also in its lifting ability. An innovative valve to control boom descent gives the new AGRI PLUS exceptional manoeuvrability and superior comfort for the operator. More precise movements, a machine that is more reactive to movement initiation and greater stability in all conditions are only a few of the advantages gained by the addition of this new valve. Greater moving speeds are obtained thanks to the new 180 L/min hydraulic gear pump, which allows for greater efficiency and a consistent reduction in work time. The resulting machine is less influenced by climatic conditions and is ready to go first thing in the morning, even with cold hydraulic oil.
Our tests have shown a significant fuel savings of between 7% and 8% given the fact that boom descent is no longer dependant upon the diesel engine's RPMs. The machines are equipped with 405/70x24" tires (alternatively 17.5 LR 24" or 18-22.5); tires with a diameter and contact patch large enough to allow flawless operation on any type of surface. Prima di procedere all'installazione occorre accertarsi che:
Camino Il camino (sezione ed altezza) sia eseguito su precise istruzioni del costruttore della caldaia. Verificare che l'eventuale serranda del camino sia aperta e che non esistano altri impedimenti su tutto il percorso di scarico dei fumi.
Refrattario Quando esista la necessità di realizzare il rivestimento refrattario della camera di combustione (sempre che il tipo della caldaia lo richieda) è necessario eseguirlo su precise istruzioni del costruttore della caldaia, la eventuale disposizione del refrattario attorno alla bocca di combustione del bruciatore deve essere realizzata in accordo con il costruttore dello stesso.
Linea elettrica La linea elettrica di alimentazione del bruciatore sia realizzata come da nostro schema ed i collegamenti elettrici sul bruciatore siano stati predisposti per la tensione della linea di alimentazione.Assicurarsi che l’energia elettrica disponibile sia adeguata al bruciatore per tensione e frequenza.
Sfogo aria tubazione Allentare il raccordo di collegamento tra bruciatore e tubazione di adduzione del gas ed aprire (circa 1/4 della sua corsa) lentamente il rubinetto manuale di intercettazione per sfogare la tubazione dell'aria in esso contenuta. Durante questa manovra si deve anche verificare che la pressione, a valle del riduttore, si mantenga al valore previsto (riferirsi) alla pressione richiesta del bruciatore) in caso contrario provvedere adeguatamente. (Nel caso fosse necessario richiedere l'intervento di personale della Società Distributrice del gas). Quando si avverte l'uscita del gas (odore caratteristico) si chiude il rubinetto.
NOTA BENE: Ovviamente durante queste operazioni procedere con tutte le cautele necessarie per evitare incendi o scoppi (non fumare, non accendere fiamme, non operare con utensili che possono provocare scintille, eccetera). Attendere senza effettuare altri lavori, almeno circa dieci minuti con finestre e porte aperte per consentire una ventilazione che asporti il gas che si trova nel locale caldaia.
Successivamente si richiude il raccordo di collegamento alle tubazioni del gas.
Penetrazione in camera
di combustione Accertarsi che la bocca del bruciatore penetri in camera di combustione come da disposizioni del costruttore della caldaia.
Controllo posizione
serrande Verificare posizione a zero della serranda aria
Valvole manuali Aprire le valvole(non a corredo del bruciatore), a comando manuale, poste sulle tubazioni del bruciatore .
a. Funzionamento
Pressione gas Per un corretto funzionamento è indispensabile che il gas (metano) arrivi al bruciatore alla pressione richiesta che è in funzione del dimensionamento della rampa gas, detta pressione deve rimanere pressoché costante sia durante il funzionamento che all'arresto del bruciatore (riferirsi alla pressione richiesta dal bruciatore).
Chiudendo gli interruttori che danno la tensione al bruciatore si alimenta il relè programmatore che si mette in funzione.
Vengono così inseriti, nell'ordine sotto esposto, i vari dispositivi che compongono il bruciatore.
Avvio Portare il commutatore di comando della modulazione nella posizione di spento (O) chiudere l’interruttore del bruciatore e quello generale.
Relè ciclico La tensione arriva così al motorino del programmatore ciclico (devono ovviamente essere chiusi anche i contatti di tutti i dispositivi di limite installati), hanno inizio le fasi che precedono l’ accensione del bruciatore. Vengono quindi inseriti, nell’ordine sotto esposto i vari dispositivi che compongono il bruciatore.
Ventilatore Si inserisce il motore del bruciatore che determina la preventilazione (prelavaggio) della camera di combustione (si evacuano attraverso il camino eventuali gas incombusti). Durante questa fase occorre verificare che il pressostato rilevi la pressione del flusso di aria. In caso contrario non vengono inseriti il trasformatore di accensione, e la valvola del gas e l'apparecchiatura si porta in «blocco».
Pressostato Il pressostato che rileva la pressione dell'aria di combustione (regolato in funzione di ogni specifico caso) rilevando la pressione della stessa consente l'inserimento del trasformatore di accensione. Se necessario modificare la regolazione del pressostato dell'aria per consentirne l'intervento. Tenere presente che la regolazione deve essere tale da determinare il funzionamento deciso (sia in apertura che in chiusura) del pressostato dell'aria.
Accensione Si disinserisce il trasformatore di accensione e, se la sonda continua a rilevare la presenza della fiamma, si apre la valvola del gas. A questo punto il bruciatore è acceso alla minima erogazione di aria e gas. Il relè programmatore prosegue nella sua corsa e si arresta nella posizione di funzionamento. NOTA BENE: E' probabile che il bruciatore si porti in blocco perchè i due secondi, previsti dall’apparecchiatura, non sono sufficienti per consentire il primo riempimento della tubazione.
Con il bruciatore in questa posizione occorre verificare:
Fiamma Il controllo visivo della fiamma non deve evidenziare grande eccesso di aria e nemmeno difetto della stessa. La fiamma deve essere piuttosto morbida di colore azzurro con lingue rosa arancio (metano). Se necessario procedere alla opportuna regolazione.
Controllo combustione Controllare, ora, con gli appositi strumenti le caratteristiche della combustione rilevando la percentuale di anidride carbonica (CO2), di ossigeno (O2) e di ossido di carbonio (CO).
Temperatura fumi Verificare, con il bruciatore alla massima erogazione, che la temperatura dei fumi non superi il valore massimo ammesso dal costruttore della caldaia.
Sicurezze Dispositivi limite: Termostato, pressostato, livellostato, flussostato, ed eventuali altri dispositivi.
Verificare che l'intervento di ogni dispositivo determini l'arresto del bruciatore. Verificare anche la necessità dell'intervento manuale per il riarmo quando il dispositivo limite ne sia provvisto.
Sicurezza all’avviamento Se entro 2 secondi, da quando il gas inizia ad uscire dalla testa di combustione non c'è stato rilevamento di fiamma, l'apparecchiatura di comando si porta in “blocco” di sicurezza con l'arresto del bruciatore (valvole del gas chiuse, ventilatore fermo, lampada accesa ed eventuale allarme inserito).
Nella posizione di “blocco”, il bruciatore può restare senza limite di tempo. Per “sbloccare” il bruciatore è indispensabile l'intervento manuale: pigiare a fondo il pulsante di “sblocco”.
Translation - English 10. Preliminary Checks
Before proceeding with installation you must check:
Exhaust stack Stack selection (diameter and height) is made by precise instructions from the boiler manufacturer. Ensure that any damper is open and that there are no other constraints along the entire length of the exhaust gas path.
Fireproofing when a fireproofing shield is necessary (if the type of the boiler so requires) the precise instructions of the boiler manufacturer should be followed. The arrangement of the fireproofing around the mouth of burner head must also be made in accordance with the same manufacturer.
Electrical connections The electrical power supply of the burner is made according to our schematic and the electrical connections on the burner have been set up for line voltage. Ensure that electricity available is of the same voltage and frequency.
Air in tubing Loosen the connection fitting between the burner and gas feed pipe and slowly open (approximately 1/4 turn), the manual shutoff valve to bleed any air from the piping. During this procedure you must also check that the pressure downstream of the regulator is correct (according to the required pressure of the burner). If not, correct the condition. (If necessary, request assistance from your local utility provider). When you start to smell gas (typical gas odor), close the valve.
PLEASE NOTE: Of course, during these operations, proceed with all necessary precaution in order to prevent fire or explosion (do not smoke, do not turn on flames, do not work with tools that can cause sparks, etc). Wait at least ten minutes to perform additional work with windows and doors open to allow ventilation to remove residual gas from the boiler room.
Then re-tighten the connection to the gas tubing.
Penetration into
combustion chamber Make sure that the burner head enters into the combustion chamber as prescribed by the boiler manufacturer.
Check damper Check that the air damper is in the zero position.
Position
Manual Valves Open any manual control valves (not included with the burner) found on the burner tubing.
a. Operation
Gas pressure For proper functioning it is essential that the gas (methane) gets to the burner at the required pressure which is regulated by adjustment of the gas train. Pressure must remain nearly constant during both the operation and shut-down of the burner (refer to the pressure required by burner).
Closing the circuit breaker feeds current to the programmer relay and energizes it.
The various burner devices are engaged in the following order.
Start Turn the rotary modulation switch to the OFF (O) position, to close the burner and the general contacts.
Cyclic Relay Voltage reaches the motor of the cyclic programmer (obviously, all of the installed limiter device contacts must also be closed) initiating the steps that precede the start of the burner. The various burner devices are then engaged in the following order.
Fan The burner motor which regulates the pre-ventilation (purge) of the combustion chamber (evacuating any unburnt gases through the exhaust stack) engages. During this phase it is necessary to check that the pressure switch detects air flow pressure. If not, the ignition transformer will not engage and the gas valve and the apparatus goes into "lock" mode.
Pressure switch The switch that detects combustion air pressure (case-specifically adjusted) allows the engagement of the ignition transformer by detecting the air pressure. Adjustment may need to be made to the pressure switch in order to permit operation. Keep in mind that the adjustment must be such as allow proper operation of the air pressure switch (both in opening and closing).
Ignition The ignition transformer disengages and, if the probe continues to detect the presence of a flame, the gas valve opens. At this point, the burner is lit at the minimum air and gas flow. The programmer relay continues through its sequence and stops in the operating position. NOTE: It is likely that the burner will lock because the two seconds, provided by the equipment, are not sufficient to allow for proper priming.
With the burner in this position it is necessary to check:
Flame A visual inspection of the flame should not present excess or lack of air. The flame should be a fairly soft light blue in color with pink orange tongues (methane). If necessary, make the proper adjustment.
Combustion Control Now check the combustion characteristics with the proper tools noting the percentage of carbon dioxide (CO2), oxygen (O2) and carbon monoxide (CO).
Stack Temperature Check, with the burner on maximum output that the temperature of the flue gas does not exceed the maximum value allowed by the boiler manufacturer.
Safety Limiter devices: Thermostat, pressure switch, level switch, flow switch, and any other devices.
Check that the actuation of each device stops the burner. Also check the manual reset when a limiter device is equipped with one.
Safe start If, after the gas begins to exit the combustion head, no flame was detected within two seconds, the control apparatus is put in safety "lock" and the burner stops (gas valves closed, fan stopped, lamp on and possible alarm if installed).
The burner remains in "lock" position without time limit. To "unlock" the burner manual override is required by pressing the "unlock" button all the way in.

Source text - Italian 9.7 Sicurezza e comportamento al fuoco
Per la sicurezza, valgono le indicazioni della UNI 11378.
La sicurezza di marcia dovrà essere rispondente alla norma UNI EN 14363.
9.7.1 Comportamento al fuoco
La progettazione dei rotabili, e soprattutto la scelta dei materiali, devono essere condotte in modo da limitare al
massimo il rischio di propagazione degli incendi; specifici accorgimenti devono essere utilizzati in fase di concezione
del veicolo per limitare al massimo la propagazione in comparto e in cabina di fiamme sviluppatesi nel sottocassa.
Il rotabile, in tutte le sue parti, deve essere conforme alla norma UNI CEI 11170.
I riferimenti da considerare nell’applicazione della norma sono:
- categoria di servizio: “2”,
- categoria di progetto: “N”,
- livello di rischio: “LR2” (di conseguenza).
Il progetto del rotabile deve comprendere il computo del carico d’incendio, come da norma UNI 11378, par. 10.2.
I sistemi di rilevazione a di automatica estinzione dell’incendio devono essere conformi alla norma UNI CEI 11170, in
particolar modo per quanto ivi previsto nella parte 2, par. 7.4.
Oltre al requisito sopra esposto, che rappresenta lo status della normativa al momento della redazione della presente
Specifica Tecnica, considerato che la normativa in materia di comportamento al fuoco è in continua evoluzione, il
Fornitore dovrà attenersi alle più recenti pubblicazioni di progetti di norma e norme nazionali ed europee e leggi in
materia di fuoco/fumi, emesse fino alla data di trasmissione degli Elaborati di Progetto al Ministero (quindi anche
successivamente alla stipula del Contratto).
In particolare, si segnala la possibile prossima conversione in norma della CEN/TS 45545-6 e il possibile prossimo
aggiornamento del D.M. del 11/01/88.
11.3.8 Comfort acustico e termico
Per la cabina di guida devono essere previste soluzioni atte a massimizzare l’isolamento acustico. Per i requisiti di
rumorosità si faccia riferimento al par. 9.3.
La cabina di guida deve essere dotata di impianto di climatizzazione (estate/inverno) dedicato, del tutto separato dalla
climatizzazione del comparto passeggeri. Per le caratteristiche dell’impianto si faccia riferimento al par. 16.2.
L’impianto deve essere regolabile dal conducente: devono essere previsti allo scopo i comandi di
accensione/spegnimento (selettore rotativo bistabile), regolazione della temperatura (rotativo continuo) e regolazione
della velocità dell’aria (rotativo continuo).
La distribuzione dell’aria deve uniformare il più possibile la temperatura in cabina; devono essere previste bocchette
all’altezza del pavimento e all’altezza del cielino; ognuna chiudibile e orientabile singolarmente dal conducente.
16. Climatizzazione
16.1 Premessa
Il treno dovrà essere dotato di impianto di climatizzazione delle cabine di guida e dell’ambiente passeggeri.
Ciascuna cabina di guida dovrà essere dotata di impianto di climatizzazione dedicato; ciascuna carrozza passeggeri
dovrà essere dotata di impianto di climatizzazione dedicato; non sono ammessi passaggi di fluido termodinamico o di
condotte di aria trattata tra cabina di guida e comparto passeggeri e tra carrozza e carrozza.
Tutti gli impianti devono essere dotati di dispositivo di rilevazione di fumi nell’aria di ricircolo e di rinnovo. La
presenza di fumi deve comandare l’immediata disattivazione dell’impianto medesimo e di tutti gli altri impianti di
condizionamento del treno, nonché la segnalazione sui banchi di manovra. La presenza di fumi esterni deve comandare
la chiusura di serrande di comunicazione tra interno comparto ed esterno. A seguito di interventi automatici di
spegnimento, la successiva ri-accensione dell’impianto deve avvenire semplicemente tramite pulsanti di cabina di on/off
degli impianti o disabilitazione/riabilitazione del treno, senza interventi di manutentori. Nel caso di impiego di sensori
ottici, questi devono essere in grado di modificare automaticamente la loro soglia di intervento in funzione dal degrado
ottico dovuto al deposito di polvere e segnalare in diagnostica il loro stato di avaria o inefficienza a causa della
sporcizia.
Gli impianti di condizionamento devono essere diagnosticati su monitor di banco; inoltre, dovrà essere previsto un
software di manutenzione e di setting dei parametri di regolazione degli impianti, da usarsi con ordinario personal
computer collegato via seriale al singolo impianto. Se previste differenti tarature per estate e inverno, queste dovranno
tuttavia essere impostabili con comandi posti sul treno.
Il profilo di missione prevede che gli impianti lavorino sia in ambiente di galleria, con elevato tasso di polveri nell’aria,
sia all’esterno, con presenza di sole, vento, pollini, pioggia, neve.
Gli scarichi di condensa e acqua piovana dovranno essere concepiti per evitare l’accumulo di acqua e ancor più la
tracimazione, anche in caso di ostruzione dei condotti. I condotti di scarico dovranno essere realizzati con tubi metallici
rigidi, con pendenze favorevoli, ben raccordati e ben coibentati.
Il fluido refrigerante deve essere di tipo ammesso dal regolamento CE 1005 del 16/09/09.
I cassoni degli impianti di condizionamento devono essere realizzati in lega d’alluminio con idonee caratteristiche antiossidazione
(es.: Anticorodal), non verniciato.
I climatizzatori per la cabina di guida devono essere identici per le linee 1 e 2. I climatizzatori per il comparto devono
essere uguali per le due linee nell’hardware e nel software, ma avere funzionalità diverse in riscaldamento; tale
differenza deve essere implementata utilizzando il medesimo software, che attiva le funzionalità dell’una o dell’altra
linea a seconda di un “segnale di linea” in input alla centralina di comando e controllo.
16.2 Climatizzazione cabina di guida
L’impianto di climatizzazione della cabina deve consentire di riscaldare, raffreddare o semplicemente ventilare
l’ambiente.
L’impianto dovrà essere conforme alle norme UNI EN 14813-1 e -2.
Con riferimento al par. 4 della norma, la cabina di guida è da considerarsi di classe B.
Con riferimento all’Annex D della norma, va presa a riferimento la “climatic zone” tipo “I”, sia per l’estate, sia per
l’inverno.
Il requisito di norma di portata d’aria di rinnovo ≥ 30 m3/h va rispettato, nell’ipotesi di un solo agente presente. Deve
essere tuttavia prevista la possibilità per il conducente di annullare la portata di aria di rinnovo, facendo lavorare
l’impianto in solo ricircolo. Le prestazioni richieste nel seguito sono riferite alla condizione di portata d’aria di rinnovo
≥ 30 m3/h.
L’impianto deve disporre di comandi di accensione / spegnimento, regolazione di temperatura e regolazione di velocità
dell’aria a disposizione del conducente. All’abilitazione del treno, l’impianto deve essere di default nella condizione di
“spento”. L’impianto deve poter essere acceso, spento e regolato localmente, indipendentemente dalla condizione di
banco abilitato.
Il numero, le dimensioni e la disposizione delle bocchette di uscita dell’aria trattata devono essere stabilite per garantire
uniforme temperatura e minima velocità dell'aria. In ogni caso, devono essere previste bocchette sia all’altezza del
cielino, sia all’altezza del pavimento, tutte orientabili e chiudibili a mano.
Devono essere previsti filtri indipendenti per l’aria di ricircolo e per l’aria di rinnovo; la collocazione dei filtri dovrà
essere tale da consentire una facilissima e velocissima sostituzione da parte di un solo addetto. Almeno il filtro di
ricircolo deve essere accessibile dall’interno cabina. Gli accessi ai filtri devono essere protetti da sportello con fermi
azionabili senza alcun attrezzo.
Il riscaldamento deve avere una potenza tale da portare la temperatura interna della cabina da -5 °C a 20 °C in 20’, con
porte chiuse, assenza di persone, luci interne accese, assenza di vento e rotabile non esposto al sole.
Il raffrescamento deve avere una potenza tale da portare la temperatura interna della cabina da 40°C a 28 °C in 20’ e
a 25 °C in 30’, con porte chiuse, assenza di persone, luci interne accese, assenza di vento, rotabile esposto al sole (800
W/m2) e temperatura ambiente di 28°C ÷ 30°C.
Nelle prove atte a dimostrare il raggiungimento dei requisiti di cui sopra, le misure delle temperature e dell’umidità in
cabina devono essere effettuate sull'asse del sedile del manovratore, a 30 cm di distanza dal sedile e dallo schienale, con
bocchette d’aria non orientate sulla sonda di temperatura.
L'alimentazione per la climatizzazione della cabina di guida deve essere a 380Vca 50Hz trifase; in caso di presenza di
un doppio sistema trifase e di guasto alla linea trifase di alimentazione, deve essere possibilmente prevista la
commutazione dell’alimentazione sulla linea rimasta funzionante. I motori dei ventilatori devono essere asincroni. I
compressori devono essere di tipo rotativo a vite o scroll, montati su silent-block o equivalenti sistemi di smorzamento.
L’alimentazione per la sola ventilazione deve essere in bt, affinché la funzione di sola ventilazione sia attiva con treno
alimentato da batterie, in assenza di tensione di linea.
16.3 Climatizzazione comparto passeggeri
L’impianto di climatizzazione del comparto passeggeri deve consentire di raffreddare o semplicemente ventilare
l’ambiente.
In Linea 1 per il periodo invernale non è richiesta una vera e propria funzione di riscaldamento; tuttavia, rimanendo
l’impianto attivo anche nei mesi invernali, in ventilazione, va previsto un minimo trattamento termico dell’aria,
finalizzato ad evitare la fastidiosa sensazione di “freddo” dovuta alla ventilazione alla temperatura ambiente. In Linea 2,
invece, è richiesta la funzione di riscaldamento invernale. Questa è l’unica differenza richiesta tra le due linee.
Non è ammesso l’utilizzo contemporaneo o alternato delle funzioni di raffrescamento e di riscaldamento per regolare la
temperatura dell’aria trattata.
L’impianto dovrà essere conforme alla norma UNI EN 14750-1 e -2.
Con riferimento al par. 4 della norma, il veicolo è da considerarsi di classe B.
Con riferimento all’Annex E della norma, va presa a riferimento la “climatic zone” tipo “I”, sia per l’estate, sia per
l’inverno.
La regolazione dell’impianto deve essere solo automatica. Il numero e la collocazione dei sensori di temperatura deve
essere scelto in modo da garantire l'uniformità della temperatura in ogni zona del comparto passeggeri.
In cabina di guida deve essere previsto un selettore rotativo di “on/off” dei condizionatori di comparto, a disposizione
del conducente e da usare solo in caso di anomalie. Lo stato di almeno uno dei selettori delle due cabine posto su “off”
deve spegnere gli impianti sulle 6 carrozze. Con selettori su “on”, all’abilitazione/disabilitazione del treno, gli impianti
devono accendersi/spegnersi automaticamente.
La ventilazione deve assicurare una uniforme distribuzione dell’aria in tutto il comparto, attestandosi sui valori minimi
di velocità dell’aria ammessi dalla norma. Essa deve inoltre essere concepita in modo da minimizzare il rumore prodotto
all’interno del comparto passeggeri.
L’impianto di climatizzazione deve essere costituito da unità di tipo monoblocco. Ciascuna unità deve essere costituita
da due sotto-impianti indipendenti, con possibilità di funzionamento degradato al 50%.
In caso di guasto di un’intera unità monoblocco, la temperatura e l’umidità medie nell’ambiente unico costituito dai
comparti passeggeri di ciascuna UdT non dovranno scostarsi più del 30% rispetto ai valori richiesti dalla norma
Devono essere previsti filtri indipendenti per l’aria di ricircolo e per l’aria di rinnovo; la collocazione dei filtri dovrà
essere tale da consentire una facilissima e velocissima sostituzione da parte di un solo addetto. Almeno il filtro di
ricircolo deve essere accessibile dall’interno comparto, protetto da sportello con chiusura a chiave quadra. Altri accessi
ai filtri devono essere protetti da sportello con fermi azionabili senza alcun attrezzo.
Il canale aria deve presentare al minimo possibile anfratti e/o superficie porose e/o punti dove possa accumularsi sporco
e deve essere lavabile internamente con operazioni di smontaggio e rimontaggio relativamente semplici; il primo
lavaggio deve essere previsto entro i 5 anni di full service.
Particolari accorgimenti dovranno essere adottati per evitare la formazione di condensa sulle superficie fredde di
elementi di allestimento del veicolo, quali il canale aria, le bocchette di eiezione aria trattata, i tubi di drenaggio
condensa.
Particolari accorgimenti costruttivi devono essere presi: a) per evitare prolungati transitori di avvio impianti, in caso di
brevi assenze di tensione di linea, b) per evitare la contemporaneità di picchi di assorbimento di energia da parte dei
singoli impianti (tipicamente all’inserzione dei compressori) e c) per preservare l’integrità dei compressori, tramite
efficaci separatori di liquido a monte degli stessi e sovrappressioni.
Il raffrescamento deve avere una potenza tale da portare la temperatura interna del comparto da 40°C a 28°C in 30’ e
a 25°C in 40’, con porte chiuse, il solo personale addetto alle prove a bordo, luci interne accese, assenza di vento,
rotabile esposto al sole (800 W/m2) e temperatura ambiente di 28°C ÷ 30°C.
Il riscaldamento deve avere una potenza tale da portare la temperatura interna del comparto, in Linea 2, da -10°C a
10°C in 30’, con porte chiuse, il solo personale addetto alle prove a bordo, assenza di vento, rotabile non esposto al sole
e temperatura ambiente di -10°C.
L'alimentazione per la climatizzazione del comparto passeggeri deve essere a 380Vca 50Hz trifase. I motori dei

Translation - English 9.7 Safety and behavior in case of fire
Regarding safety, the UNI 11378 directives apply.
Safety when under way must comply with the UNI EN 14363 standard.
9.7.1 Behavior in case of fire
The design of the carriages, and above all the choice of materials, must be conducted to minimize the risk of the spreading of fire. Specific measures should be used in the vehicle design phase to minimize the spread of a fire developed in the under carriage of the compartment and the driver’s cabin.
The carriage, in all its parts, must conform to the standard UNI CEI 11170.
Reference points to be considered in the application of the standard are:
- service category “2”,
- project category “N”,
- risk level “LR2” (consequently).
The design of the carriage shall include the calculation of the fire load, following the standard UNI 11378, paragraph 10.2.
The detection systems and the automatic fire-extinguishing systems must comply with the standard UNI CEI 11170, especially for what is specified in part 2, paragraph 7.4.
In addition to the above requirement, which represents the status of the legislation at the time of the writing of this Technical Specification (considering that the legislation regarding behavior in case of fire is constantly evolving), the Supplier shall comply with the most recent publications of national and European standardization activity, norms and laws concerning fire/smoke issued up to the date of the transmission of the Project to the Ministry (therefore even after the stipulation of the contract).
In particular, we note the possible upcoming conversion to the standards of the CEN/TS 45545-6, and the possible upcoming update of the 11/01/88 Ministerial Decree (D.M.).
11.3.8 Acoustic and thermal comfort
There must be appropriate measures to maximize acoustic insulation of the driver’s cabin. Regarding noise requirements, please refer to paragraph 9.3.
The driver’s cabin must be equipped with a dedicated air-conditioning system (summer/winter), entirely separated from the ventilation system of the passenger compartment. Regarding the system’s features, please refer to paragraph 16.2.
The system must be adjustable by the driver. The commands regulating on/off (dual-position rotary selector), the temperature (variable rotary selector), and air speed adjustment (variable rotary selector) must be engineered for this purpose.
Air distribution must equalize the temperature in the driver’s cabin as much as possible; vents must be installed at floor and ceiling level; each vent must be individually closeable and adjustable by the driver.
16. Air-conditioning
16.1 Introduction
The train must be equipped with an air-conditioning system for the driver’s cabins and for the passengers’ environment.
Each driver’s cabin must be equipped with a dedicated air-conditioning system; each passenger car must be equipped with a dedicated air-conditioning system; there can be no thermodynamic fluid exchanges or air ducts between the driver’s cabin and a passenger compartment, and between passenger cars.
All systems must be equipped with a smoke detector for intake and recirculation air. The presence of smoke must trigger the immediate disabling of the system and of all other train air-conditioning systems, as well as sending a signal to the control panels. The presence of external smoke must trigger the closing of the communication dampers between the inside of the compartment and the outside. After an automatic shut-down operation, the subsequent re-starting of the system must be possible simply via the systems’ on/off buttons or by disabling/re-enabling the train from the driver’s cabin, without the intervention of maintenance technicians. In the case where optical sensors are used, they must be able to automatically change their activation threshold according to the optical degradation due to dust deposition, and report on their failure status or inefficiency due to dirt during their diagnostic.
Air-conditioning systems must be diagnosable by control panel monitors. Furthermore, there must be software for maintenance and for setting of adjustment of system parameters, to be used with an ordinary personal computer serially connected to each system. If there are different calibrations for summer and winter, these must be adjustable with controls situated on the train.
The mission profile implies that the systems must work both in a tunnel environment, with high levels of dust in the air, as well as outside, in the presence of sun, wind, pollen, rain, and snow.
The drains for condensation and rainwater must be designed to prevent the accumulation of water and, above all, its overflow, even in the case of obstruction of the channels. The drainage channels must be made of rigid metal tubes with favorable slopes, well linked and well caulked.
The refrigerant must be of the type allowed by 16/09/09 EC Regulation 1005.
The enclosures of the air-conditioning systems must be constructed in aluminum alloy with suitable anti-oxidation properties (e.g. Anticorodal), and not painted.
The air-conditioning for the driver's cabin must be identical for Lines 1 and 2. The hardware and software for air-conditioners for the compartment must be the same for the two lines, but have different heating functionality. This difference must be implemented using the same software, which must control the functionality of either line according to a "line signal" input to the command and control unit.
16.2 Driver’s cabin air-conditioning
The cabin's air-conditioning system must make it possible to heat, cool or simply ventilate the environment.
The system must comply with the standards UNI EN 14813-1 and -2.
Referring to paragraph 4 of the standard, the driver’s cabin is to be considered a class B.
Referring to Annex D of the standard, "climatic zone" type "I" should be used as a reference for both summer and winter.
The standard requirements for renewal air flow of ≥ 30 m³/h must be respected in the case of a single operator’s presence. However, it must be possible for the driver to stop the renewal air flow, allowing the system to operate in re-circulation mode only. The performance level referred to hereafter is for a renewal air flow of ≥ 30 m/h.
The system must have commands for on/off, temperature adjustment, and air speed regulation available to the driver. Upon the enabling of the train, the system must be "off" by default. The system must be capable of being turned on, turned off and regulated locally, regardless of the status of the control panel.
The number, size, and disposition of the air outlet vents must be set to ensure uniform temperature and minimum air speed. In any case, there must be vents both at ceiling and floor level, all swiveling and closeable by hand.
There must be independent filters for the re-circulated and renewed air; the placement of the filters must be such as to allow for their easy and fast replacement by a single attendant. At least the re-circulating filter must be accessible from inside the cabin. Access to the filters must be protected by a door with latches that can be opened without any tool.
The heater must have enough power to bring the internal temperature of the cabin from -5° C to 20° C in 20’ with locked doors, no people, interior lights on, no wind, and carriage not exposed to the sun.
The cooling system must have enough power to bring the internal temperature of the cabin from 40° C to 28° C in 20’ and to 25° C in 30’ with locked doors, no people, interior lights on, no wind, carriage exposed to the sun (800 W/m2), and an ambient temperature of 28° C ÷ 30° C.
In tests designed to demonstrate the fulfillment of the above requirements, the measurements of temperature and humidity in the cabin must be carried out on the driver's seat axis, 30 cm away from the seat and the backrest, and with the air vents not pointed on the temperature probe.
The power supply for the air-conditioner of the driver’s cabin must be 380VAC 50Hz three-phase; in the event of a three-phase supply line failure in a double three-phase system, it must be possible to switch the power supply to the line remaining in operation. Fan motors must be asynchronous. The compressors must be of the rotary screw or scroll type, mounted on silent-blocks or equivalent damping systems.
The power supply for ventilation-only must be low voltage, so that the ventilation function can be operated on a battery powered train in the absence of line voltage.
16.3 Passenger compartment air-conditioning
The air conditioning system of passenger compartment must allow for the cooling or simply for the ventilation of the environment.
On Line 1, for the winter period, there is no need for a true heating function; however, as the system remains active even in the winter for ventilation, there should be a minimum heating of the air to avoid the bothersome "cold" feeling created by ventilation at room temperature. On the other hand, Line 2 requires heating in winter. This is the only difference between the two lines.
The contemporary or alternating usage of the cooling and heating functions to adjust the temperature of the air is not allowed.
The system must comply with the standards UNI EN 14750-1 and 2.
Referring to paragraph 4 of the standard, the vehicle is to be considered of class B.
Referring to Annex E of the standard, "climatic zone" type "I" should be used as a reference both for summer and winter.
The adjustment of the system must be automatic only. The number and placement of the temperature sensors must be chosen to guarantee temperature uniformity in every zone of the passenger compartment.

The air-conditioning system must be composed of self-enclosed units. Each unit must consist of two independent sub-systems with a performance deterioration tolerance of 50%.
In the event of the failure of an entire self-enclosed unit, the average temperature and humidity in the single environment made up of the passenger compartments of each Unit of Transport (UdT) must not deviate more than 30% from the values required by the standard.
There must be independent filters for the re-circulated and renewed air; the placement of the filters must allow for their quick and easy replacement by a single attendant. At least the re-circulating filter must be accessible from within the compartment, protected by a door with a square key lock. Access to the other filters must be protected by a door with latches that can be opened without any tool.
The air duct must have a minimum amount of crevices and/or porous surfaces and/or points where dirt can accumulate, and must permit cleaning internally by way of a relatively simple disassembly and reassembly operation; the first cleaning must be done within five years of full service.
Special care must be taken to avoid the formation of condensation on the cold surfaces of the vehicle's equipment, such as air ducts, air vents, and condensation drainage pipes.
Industrial control devices should be installed: a) to avoid prolonged transitional system startups, in the case of brief absences of line voltage, b) to avoid simultaneous peaks of energy absorption by individual systems (typically at the engaging of the compressors), and c) to preserve the integrity of the compressors through effective upstream fluid separators and overpressures.
The cooling system must have enough power to bring the internal temperature of the compartment from 40° C to 28° C in 30’ and to 25° C in 40’ with locked doors, with only the personnel performing the test on board, interior lights on, no wind, carriage exposed to the sun (800 W/m2), and an ambient temperature of 28° C ÷ 30° C.
On Line 2, the heater must have enough power to bring the temperature inside the compartment from -10° C to 10° C in 30 ', with doors closed, with only the personnel performing the test on board, no wind, carriage not exposed to the sun, and an ambient temperature of -10° C.
The power supply for the air-conditioning of the passenger compartment must be 50Hz three-phase 380VAC. Fan motors must be asynchronous. The compressors must be of the rotary screw or scroll type, mounted on silent-blocks or equivalent damping systems.

The self-contained units must be at least partially accessible on foot, with non-slip coating on the catwalks and painted yellow RAL 1003 on the parts not to be walked on.

ASSORBIMENTI DI POTENZA DEGLI INVERTER
La principale fonte di alimentazione degli inverter di stringa è il generatore fotovoltaico: ciò significa che nel funzionamento standard gli inverter si accendono e possono convertire energia solo se la tensione/potenza dal generatore fotovoltaico è sufficiente. Una parte dell’energia che il generatore fotovoltaico mette a disposizione viene usata dall’inverter per alimentare i circuiti di alimentazione ausiliari che permettono il funzionamento dell’inverter.
Quando gli inverter non esportano energia in rete, ma sono accesi e connessi alla rete (di solito in fase di spegnimento, dopo che si è manifestata una condizione di input undervoltage per cui l’inverter non è più in grado di convertire energia), assorbono energia dalla rete. È possibile impostare il periodo per il quale l’inverter viene alimentato dalla rete dal display (il parametro XXX è impostato di default a 60 secondi).

CONDIZIONE DI "ISOLA"
Gli inverter collegati alla rete funzionano come sorgenti di corrente che erogano potenza nella rete elettrica. Questi inverter non sono in grado di alimentare la rete elettrica perché non funzionano come sorgente di tensione. Gli inverter collegati alla rete immettono potenza nella rete come corrente CA con la medesima frequenza della tensione di rete.
La condizione di "isola" si verifica in una rete in parallelo quando l'inverter continua ad alimentare la rete, sebbene la tensione dalla rete elettrica sia stata interrotta.
La condizione di "isola" si verifica quando, a causa di una condizione di errore nella rete o di una condizione di carico particolare sulla rete, quest'ultima mostra un comportamento di carico risonante. INVERTER ENERGY ABSORPTION
The main power source for string inverters comes from a photovoltaic array. During standard operation, the inverter can only be turned on and convert energy if the voltage/power from the photovoltaic array is sufficient. Some of the energy that the photovoltaic array provides to the inverter is used to power the logical circuitry required for it to function.
When inverters are not feeding current to the power grid, but are turned on and connected to it (usually in an off-state caused by an input under-voltage condition whereby the inverter is no longer capable of converting energy), inverters absorb energy from the grid. The period for which the inverter is powered by the grid can be set using the display (XXX parameter has a default value of 60 seconds).
Power is absorbed from the photovoltaic array if the input threshold needed to power the logical circuits is exceeded.
Active power (P) and reactive-capacitive power (Q) can be absorbed from the AC grid. The diagram below demonstrates the relationship between the two values and the apparent power (S).
"ISLAND" CONDITION
Grid-tied inverters operate as current sources that can supply power to the electrical grid. These inverters are not able to feed the grid because they do not function as voltage source. Grid-tied inverters feed power to the grid at the same frequency as the electrical grid’s utility frequency.
An "island" condition occurs in a parallel electrical grid when an inverter continues to feed power to the grid even after utility voltage has been interrupted.
An "island" condition occurs when, during a power outage or an unspecified load condition on the utility grid, the latter displays a resonant-load behavior. Under these conditions, the resonance in the L-C circuit continues to maintain output voltage at the inverter terminal level, even when line voltage is no longer present. The inverter is therefore unable to detect the absence of utility voltage. In this case, if the resistive load matches the power produced by the inverter, parallel operation is still possible and can create an "island condition".

My language skills come from my self-directed university studies in writing and Italian language. I have been visiting, living and working in Italy since 1997.
As a member of the Eighty South Translation Group, I concern myself mostly with revision, post-editing and QA. I also manage our glossaries and TMs and deploy our translation hardware and software.
