Bio
Born in Vejle, Denmark, to a Danish Mother and a German Father. Moving to Tønder, Denmark, in 1974, German Kindergarden, Visiting Germany 1-2 times each month, with overnight stays at Grandmothers.

From 1975 and forward: Learning English at home (10 years older sister teaches what she learns in school)


From 1980 to 1982: lived in Aasiaat, Greenland. Went to school (learned Greenlandic)

Leisure

Married to Production Engineer Lars Bach Danielsen. Together we have three children. We live in a house with a garden outside the centre of Aarhus, the second largest city of Denmark. Here, we enjoy having the forest and the lake as our ‘Training Centre’ for running, bicycling and hiking.
