Under the agreement for using the Xxx’s Website (Terms of Use), we hereby notify you that as of 14 days following receipt of this notice, should you wish to continue to enjoy the online service from the service sites and the updated dictionaries of Xxx software, you will have to select one of the following options:
A. Completion of the Service Period - you can complete the payments for the period during which you did not pay for the services, in addition to payment for the current year. Thus, you will extend the Service Period until the end of the current year and enjoy the most updated dictionaries and software, including online services, and continue without any limitation, provided that the payments are continuously paid for the service each year.
B. Purchase of Annual Subscription - you can purchase an "Annual Subscription" for the Xxx software and services at the corporate level (in the quantity as you may choose) ensuring you a full and unlimited use of the latest version of the software, updated content and services provided on the Xxx service sites, including online services and technical support. The Annual Subscription price is identical to the annual service price, but exempts you from the requirement to complete the payments for the period during which you did not pay for the annual service. At the end of the Annual Subscription period, you may extend it for an additional year, or alternatively go back to your old Xxx software version (and the old version of Xxx’s dictionaries upon termination of your Service Period).
It should be emphasized that, should you choose not to purchase an Annual Subscription or complete the payments for the completion of the Service Period as stated above, the license use of the old Xxx software version that you have, as is on the date of this notice (not including the online services) will remain unchanged and without any extra charge. In order to use the old version of Xxx’s dictionaries, you will have to download them to your computers under our guidance. It is hereby clarified that, under any circumstances whatsoever, you will not have the right to use Xxx's software or dictionary versions from the period following the termination of your Service Period. In addition, you are not permitted to exceed the number of licenses you have purchased, without settling the payment for them.
The following is a partial list of services that, in order to continue to receive them, you will have to choose one of the above two options:
• Online Full Text Translation (multilingual) of paragraphs and documents in various formats (such as Word, PDF, etc.).
• Access to results and translation from dictionaries that are not owned by Xxx, such as Wikipedia.
• Possibility to download updated Xxx Proprietary dictionaries for offline use.
• One-click online translation for words and phrases from the most updated version of each of Xxx Proprietary dictionaries.
• Single-Click for online instant conversion of amounts denominated in different currencies based on the currency exchange rate, which is updated daily.

The latest update of Xxx's version will maintain the ability to identify words and expressions, appearing on the screen, in order to continue and enable their one-click instant translation. Thus, the absolute advantage of Xxx will be preserved - with its comfort and ease of use - as compared to a “standard” dictionary, also when changes are made in the operating system or other applications.
Please note that the Xxx software users in your Organization who will try to use services, such as full-text translation, are soon expected to receive a message indicating that the software license in their possession does not allow the requested service.
In our opinion, choosing one of the two options offered to you for the full and complete use of Xxx software (and particularly the "Annual Subscription") is the most efficient, beneficial and advantageous solution for you.

Quindi, il vantaggio assoluto di Xxx sarà mantenuto – insieme alla sua facilita di utilizzo – come comparato ad un dizionario “standard”, anche quando si effettuano cambiamenti nel sistema operativo o nelle altre applicazioni.
Preghiamo di notare che gli utenti del programma Xxx nella vostra Organizzazione che cercheranno di utilizzare i nostri servizi riceveranno presto un messaggio indicante che la licenza in loro possesso non permette il servizio richiesto. Nella nostra opinione, la scelta di una delle due scelte offerte a voi per l’uso pieno e completo del programma Xxx (specialmente l’“Abbonamento Annuale") è la soluzione più efficiente, benefica e conveniente per voi.

Source text - English (a) the Builder releases and discharges the Existing Buyer from its covenants, undertakings, duties, obligations and liabilities to the Builder under the Contract whether arising on or after the Effective Date;
(b) the Existing Buyer releases and discharges the Builder from its covenants, undertakings, duties, obligations and liabilities to the Existing Buyer under the Contract whether arising on or after the Effective Date;
(c) subject to Clause 6, the New Buyer agrees with the Builder and the Existing Buyer to assume all rights, title, benefits, interests, covenants, undertakings, duties, liabilities and obligations, including without limitation to, in and under the Contract, the right to buy and to take title to the Yacht and the benefit of all warranties, conditions and guarantees with respect to the Yacht and all claims and rights to damages and indemnification of the Existing Buyer arising on or after the Delivery Date and hereby undertakes to pay the purchase price of the Yacht in accordance with Clause 3, previously given or assumed by the Existing Buyer under or pursuant to the Contract in each case as if the New Buyer were a party to the Contract in place of the Existing Buyer;
(d) the Builder acknowledges that all obligations and liabilities of the Existing Buyer under the Contract which have been performed or discharged by the Existing Buyer shall, to that extent, be treated by the Builder for the purpose of the Contract as having been performed by the New Buyer;
(e) the Builder undertakes to observe and perform in favour of the Existing Buyer all of the covenants, undertakings, duties, obligations and liabilities, including without limitation the obligation to deliver and transfer title to the Yacht, previously given or assumed by the Builder under or pursuant to the Contract whether arising on or after the Effective Date as if the New Buyer were a party to the Contract in place of the Existing Buyer.
3 PAYMENT
3.1 Each of the Builder and the Existing Buyer represent and warrant to the New Buyer that, at the date of this Agreement, the Existing Buyer has paid or caused to be paid to the Builder under the Contract an amount equal to the Payment Amount.
3.2 In further consideration of the novation created under Clause 2.1, the New Buyer agrees to pay to the Existing Buyer on the Delivery Date a sum equal to the Payment Amount.
3.3 As a result of this novation, and subject to the following:
(a) the New Buyer having received an invoice for the relevant instalment of the Contract Price;
(b) the representations and warranties contained in Clauses 5.2 and 5.3 being true and accurate as of the relevant payment date by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing; and
the New Buyer (or the Supervisor on its behalf) not having rescinded the Contract pursuant to any of the provisions of the Contract,

(c) in conformita con la Clausola 6, il Nuovo Acquirente e d’accordo con il Costruttore e l'Acquirente Esistente di assumere tutti i diritti, i titoli, i benefici, gli interessi, le responsabilità, le colpabilita e le obbligazioni includendo, ma senza limitare a, nel e sotto il Contratto, il diritto di comprare e di prendere titolo dello Yacht ed il beneficio di tutte le garanzie, le condizioni in riguardo allo Yacht e tutti i reclami ed i diritti per pagamenti di danni ed indennizzazioni dell'Acquirente Esistente apparsa durante o dopo la Data di Consegna e nella seguente si prende la responsabilita di pagare il prezzo di acquisizione dello Yacht in concordanza con la Clausola 3, anteriormente dato o assunto dall' Acquirente Esistente secondo il, o in conformita con il, Contratto in ogni caso come se il Nuovo Acquirente fosse una parte nel Contratto al posto dell'Acquirente Esistente;
(d) il Costruttore riconoscie che tutti gli obblighi e le colpabilita dell' Acquirente Esistente in conformita con il Contratto che sono state performate o scaricate dall' Acquirente Esistente dovranno essere trattati dal Costruttore allo scopo del Contratto come essere state performate dal Nuovo Acquirente;
(e) il Costruttore si prende la responsabilità di rispettare e performare in favore dell' Acquirente Esistente tutti gli accordi, le imprese, le responsabilità, gli obblighi e le colpabilita, includendo senza limiti l'obbligo di consegnare e trasferire il titolo allo Yacht, dato o assunto anteriormente dal Costruttore secondo o in concordanza con il Contratto indifferentemente se apparso durante o dopo la Data Effettiva come se il Nuovo Acquirente fosse parte del Contratto al posto dell'Acquirente Esistente.
3 PAGAMENTO
3.1 Tanto il Costruttore quanto anche l'Acquirente Esistente rappresentano e garantiscono al Nuovo Acquirente che, alla data di questo Accordo, l'Acquirente Esistente ha pagato o causato il pagamento al Costruttore secondo il Contratto, uan somma uguale alla Somma del Pagamento.
3.2 Ad onere ulteriore della novazione creata secondo la Clausola 2.1, il Nuovo Acquirente accetta di pagare al Compratore Esistente alla Data di Consegna una somma uguale alla Somma di Pagamento.
3.3 Come risultato di questa novazione, e soggetto alle seguenti:
(a) il Nuovo Acquirente avendo ricevuto una fattura per la rata rilevante del Prezzo di Contratto;
(b) le rappresentazioni e le garanzie contenute nelle Clausole 5.2 e 5.3 essendo vere ed accurate come dalla data di pagamento importante per riferimento ai fatti ed alle circostanze allora esistenti; e
(c) il Nuovo Acquirente (o Supervisore su suo conto) non avendo revocato il Contratto in conformita con qualunque delle provvisioni del Contratto, il Nuovo Acquirente sara responsabile per il pagamento al Costruttore solamente della Rata (d), la Rata (e) e la Rata (f) del Prezzo di Contratto come provvisto in conformita con l'Articolo 2 (Prezzo di Contratto e Condizioni di Pagamento) del Contratto.

My name is xxxxxxxxx I worked as Line Station Manager at xxx. (xxx)
(formerly xxx and before xxx) Malpensa (Italy), Line Maintenance Station from 1999 to 2008.
I can certify that YYYYYYYY (DOB: 13 June 1976) was employed with xxx. (xxx) (formerly xxx and xxx) on a permanent, full-time basis in the position Line Maintenance Mechanic (A.M.E.) from 21-Apr-1997 to 20-Dec-2004.
In this position, Mr YYYYYY performed maintenance on our customer A320, A330, B767 and B777 fleet, under the supervision of a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer demonstrating a sound understanding of the task he was undertaking.
His duties included:
• identifying, understanding and using aircraft approved data (including comprehension and implementation of the safety precautions)
• the removal/installation of various aircraft components
• trouble shooting and defect rectification
• the use of tools and equipment in compliance with aircraft approved data
• the implementation of system and/or components test,
• the implementation of routine visual inspections and aircraft system/components servicing,
• understanding of function and use of the MEL/CDL manuals and related maintenance procedure
In performing the duties above, YYYYYYYY successfully completed the practical element (O.J.T.) of his training and was awarded his EASA PART 66 CAT B1+B2 licence (Lic. N° ENAC-000503)
Mr xxx then continued to be employed with xxx on a permanent, full-time basis in the position of Technician Supervisor (Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer) from 11-Jan-2005 to 09-Jan-2009.
