Spanish term or phrase: Obras Propias
Hi!

I am revising a IT reporting specification document (American English) for a Spanish construction company. The company is defining reports by project type. One type of project is "Obra Propia". It means that it is a project in which this company is the sole player and it is "their own project" (as opposed to joint ventures).

They translation uses "Own Jobs" which I don't like, but I haven't come up with a better alternative. (The challenge is that because it is a section heading, it needs to stay relatively short and pithy).

Brainstorming results (and not happy with any): "Wholly Owned Jobs" // "Sole Jobs" // "Proprietary Jobs" // or simply Company's Name's Jobs.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Best,

Wendy
