Mi pare di capire qui (ma manca contesto completo) che l'avvocato d'ufficio viene menzionato negli atti. Quindi "the court-appointed counsel ... as indicated in official records". Attenzione - qui non è "nominato DA", ma nominato "IN", che cambia la resa in inglese. |
