Homopolar is when the phase angles (here you're talking about a three phase system) are equal.

omopolare (elettricamente simmetrico) (elett.), homopolar
[Hoepli's]

Examples:

"The behaviour with respect to homopolar voltages depends on the primary and secondary connections and, more particularly, the presence of a neutral conductor."
[web source]

"As a result, the homopolar voltage measured at the leading out terminal may be extremely low in the case of a remote ground defect occuring close to the other line terminal."
[web source]

I thought 'omopolare' and 'homopolar' were relatively obvious, and didn't require a dictionary translation and examples.

zero-sequence voltage

Explanation:
Yes, it's what IATE says.

Look up 'omopolare' here: http://std.iec.ch/iev/iev.nsf/2decad0ea7d70589c12574490032b7...
and you'll see the alternative 'a sequenza zero' comes up regularly.

neutral  Mr Murray (X): That suggestion gives "impedenza omopolare (o di sequenza zero), reattanza omopolare (o di sequenza zero), resistenza omopolare (o di sequenza zero)" 'omopolare' OR 'zero sequence'. There's not enough space to explain 'zero sequence' - the OR is important

-> OR indicates an alternative phrasing: impedenza omopolare means the same as impedenza di sequenza zero
