"Bestehen Ansprüche auf Nachversicherung aus einer früheren rentenversicherungsfreien Tätigkeit als Beamter, Soldat oder einem ähnlichen Dienstverhältnis?"

I'm thinking something along the lines of "nachträglich" - subsequent, retroactive ... What would be the correct English term?
